“This was the host hotel for our family reunion. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My only complaint and this would be directed towards Hilton itself, please put the microwaves back in the rooms and give better breakfast options. I was really looking forward to better options for breakfast, but I know that is out of the hands of the staff and don't blame them. Viva, Brandy, Tracey, and Darlene they were all so kind and very helpful to us for the banquet room usage and setups and just anything we needed. Great southern hospitality! 5 stars 🌟 in my book. My family was grateful!”

“I'm from GA and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (12/27-30). I was attending the Exposure Youth Camp at the VBC. This hotel was literally across the street so it was nice that I could walk back and forth. The hotel was fully booked these days and the staff did a great job assisting so many guests. Although there were long lines for breakfast, the food never ran out and the breakfast staff were always friendly. My room was serviced every day by providing fresh towels, making the bed, and emptying the trash. The housekeeping staff were very kind and accommodating. I specifically want to call attention to the Executive Night Auditor, Ms. Lori. I had a lovely and lengthy conversation with her. I could tell she was truly invested in this company's success and wanting to build a career there. It is nice to come across employees that have that mindset. I was impressed that even after our chat ended (after midnight sometime) she stated she was going to go sanitize the lobby and snack areas. She could have easily just relaxed behind the front desk and appreciate the peace and quiet of the lobby, but she decided to do extra cleaning. She is a gem. I have worked the late night front desk shift at a hotel years ago, and I was not driven like this. Much respect to her. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, DO IT!! Thanks again to all the staff.”

“I stayed here on a solo vacation for a 4-day weekend and it was in my opinion decent overall. The staff was nice and resolved the issue I had with my room card quickly. My room was clean and the AC worked great my whole stay (it got to 107 while I was there), though the bathroom could have been improved on. There was noticeably something black in the crevices around the bottom of the shower that I found a little questionable. Location wise, the construction along the main road made it a little hard to get around to, but there’s plenty of side streets that lead the same direction + there’s an amazing coffee shop across the complex”
