“BED BUG ALERT!!!! Do not stay here. The hotel offered zero recourse after I received dozens of BED BUG bites all over my body. I even caught one and showed the front desk when I was checking out. My son and I recently stayed in this Home2 Suites for one night. We got the King Suite and were told it was their nicest room (Room 252). Nice enough hotel in general. Friendly staff except for at around six in the morning when the lady setting up the free breakfast very quickly and curtly, asks everyone walking up what room they are in even though she is obviously not tracking any of it. Anyway my son is special needs, non verbal, in a wheel chair. I saw the BED BUG moving as I picked him up and put him in his chair in the morning. I caught it in a coffee cup and left the room. They offered nothing at the front desk when I checked out. By the evening I was covered in swollen itchy bites so I reached back out to the hotel the next morning. After a half hour on hold I gave up and sent an email to Hilton to try and warn them again about the situation. Corporate Hilton gave me an incident number and told me hotel management would contact me. No one has contacted me and it’s been over a week. So now I withdraw my support of this establishment. STAY AT YOUR OWM RISK! THERE ARE BED BUGS, THEY’VE BEEN INFORMED BUT THEY ARE A DEAD END.”

“The room itself was excellent -- bed and pillows were very comfortable. Having a ceiling fan above the bed was awesome! BUT -- the heat/air unit in the room kept me awake most of the night. I like having a breakfast bar at any hotel BUT -- all the egg omelets had CHEESE on them! WHY why why? I asked if I could get eggs without cheese and was told NO.”

“The amenities in the room were good. The area was quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice. The hot tub was not available for use. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was able to get an extended check-out time at no extra charge. The breakfast was hot and had many options. There was sausage, waffles, eggs, cereal, oatmeal with a variety of toppings, muffins, pastries, bagels, coffee, juice, and yogurt. I will stay again. The price point was reasonable, considering the room has a kitchen and a living room area.”

“Horrible place! What is the pantry charge on my final bill? I did not purchase any pantry items. I'm a silver member and supposed to get 2 waters given free of any charges. The first room I was assigned was filthy. I was given a new room but the floor was still filthy and made our feet black. I made three staff aware that I had forgotten one of my items and they said they'd look for it and then said they didn't find it when I know for a fact that I had brought it with me. that was a brand new bottle of endless sea lotion from bath and body works. Some staff were nice and some were down right rude . This was the worst Hilton experience I've ever encountered. The first room, the microwave had cheese melted all in it, broken sheer controls, no heat, nasty floors and no safety locks The second room had a stain on one of the sheets , hair on corner of the tub, nasty floors. The pool has no towels. Now the guy that I told that to was kind enough to get my some towels. The lady that changed my rooms seemed a bit rude telling me the cleaning crew done left for the day and at first she hung up fast. I called back giving her the benefit of the doubt. Definitely not a good experience and should not even be a Hilton. I will be calling back headquarters about this experience. The least they could do is give extra points and also pay me back for the waters they charged me for that were supposed to be free. I will not return to this hotel ever again !”

“This is my second time staying at this location. The first time I didn't have any interactions with the front desk because the room was booked through a friend.But the experience with the room and all was not but amazing so we decided to visit again. This time the ladies greeted with a smile and were eager to assist. Very conversational throughout the whole check in process. Very knowledgeable of the surrounding restaurants and things to do in the area. The complimentary breakfast was great and filling.The check out process was just as easy. My husband was thoroughly pleased and that's hard to do with him .lol so we will definitely be back soon.”

“Not a bad hotel! We got a handicap room through trivago! Cost was comparable but I feel like they put us in a room that was left over. This is a slightly handicap room. On the first floor. It was called a beach view in the description. The only thing we can see is the Pink Pony and a little bit of beach. The AC was set to HEAT and 85 degrees when we arrived. That was ridiculous since we arrived at 11pm. It took a while for this AC to catch up but we were ok by 2am. AC makes a hell of a racket with the fan. Room was great but TV was having problems keeping up with Netflix. We reset about 10 times before deciding to go to bed. There is a huge step out to the balcony. (Not at all wheelchair friendly.)”

“I stayed in a one bedroom suite for 120 days for work, working nights. Not a bad place to stay at. Everyone extremely nice and helpful. Got to know several on first name basis. Rooms were pretty clean and beds comfortable. Air conditioner never worked properly, maintenance never fixed it. I like cold and room temp never dropped below 70. I ended up buying a fan. Housekeeping was pretty good about cleaning my room on weekends while I was away. Occasionally forgetting to make bed or leave clean towels, but not a big deal. One call to the front desk and someone would bring me clean towels or offer to clean the bed. PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!! Very Small parking lot and they allow big trucks that take up 5 parking spots.”

“Beautiful views! Quick and easy access to beach. Sea n Suds Reastaurant with excellent menu- something for everyone. You absolutely must try their daiquiri! They do not disappoint😋 Their daily catch of the day is the BEST ( AKA~ Grouper was SUPERB) Fun days at the Boatdwalk pool🥰 There is a souvenir shop right across the street with last minute food essentials and other essentials. For Family Fun, the HANGOUT, is within 1/2 mile(walking) distance).”

“We left a day earlier than our check out date. Ceiling fans had visible thick layers of dust. One was basically broken it was so loud. Floors were disgusting, seemed like they haven’t been mopped in years, left the bottoms of our feet black within 30 minutes of getting out the shower. The shower had grime around all the faucets. Some of the towels had cigarette burn marks on them. Speaking of cigarettes, it smells like that throughout the whole complex. We booked the room for a 4 night stay and there was only one lousy roll of toilet paper in the room. The bed sheets feel like construction paper. There’s a bar across the street that has the most awful live music I have ever heard piercing your ears every night and they blare it through the speakers, that usually didn’t stop until about 10:30-11:00PM. Sure it is conveniently located and that is about the only redeeming quality. I absolutely do not recommend and would definitely not ever stay here again.”
