“The furniture in our condo #1205 was a little dated & had stains in spots. The kitchen was updated and super nice, as well as the bedrooms. Great view of the beach from our balcony. Overall, it was a nice experience, but I would like for them to know that the cleaning crew needs to be checked behind for dusting, cleaning tables & etc.”

“I am absolutely in love with this apartment complex! Seth is truly an angel in disguise. I have never met a leasing agent more attentive to your needs and thorough. I immediately fell in love with the property the moment I stepped on the premises and knew I was home. The facilities are amazing, the views are impeccable, the staff is amazing and the location is superb. I have one of the most breathtaking views from my apartment overlooking the entire city of Birmingham. My floor is so quiet, I sometimes wonder if anyone lives on the floor with me. Everyone who lives here is super friendly. I’ve had so many random conversations sitting at the fire pit at the sky deck overlooking the city. My company is 100% remote, so some days I work from the gorgeous lobby, sitting pool side or from the sky deck. I can’t forget about the AMAZING fitness center with wrap around views of the city. Every time I work out, I always experience this moment of bliss feeling as if I’ve made it. I own an 8 bedroom 5 bathroom home, my initial intention was to simply rent here for weekends, but after one week living on the property I decided to rent my home and live here full time instead. I always feel super safe on the property and it is literally a 4 minute walk to Five Point South. I can’t forget about the FREE COFFEE the leasing office provides 🤩 My experience has been absolutely amazing, thank you for EVERYTHING SETH‼️🗣️ SETH NEEDS A RAISE 🫶🏾”

“We stayed a week in a three bedroom condo with 3.5 baths. Everything was up to date, two elevators run so there a was rarely a wait. Very clean lobby because the staff are constantly mopping and sweeping. The outdoor pool was warm-not super refreshing but that is expected in July on the gulf. Our condo had a modern, well equipped kitchen, a large balcony and plenty of living space for the 7 of us. Access to the beach is via a long boardwalk. You can rent chairs and an umbrella for a daily or weekly fee, or you can bring your own. On our last evening we had a medical emergency- neighbors in the condo were amazingly medically helpful while we waited for emergency responders. Thank you for the kindness and expertise you showed. The city of Orange Beach really needs to think about emergency infrastructure that can respond more effectively. They seemed overloaded and the roads become blocked easily. The responders who came to our condo were extremely professional and kind. Thank you.”

The community staff are extremely responsive and are consistently making changes to the property to better the experience for tenants. “Unlike most apartment complexes, the CVT office staff answered my phone calls. Chad & Zelda monitor the phone line very well . Zelda and Chad also monitor the emails. The CVT property manager also returns messages . This office staff appears well put together and each individual in the office is an asset . I instantly felt at home and ended my apartment search after meeting Zelda and Chad . I felt like my family and I would be in good hands . Chad is so professional. Zelda is a superior problem solver . And the property manager showed me compassion & understanding. My suggestions are keep doing what you're doing at CVT. Inside my apartment the walls are painted nicely and not with that cheap paint . The carpets are clean upon move in , bathrooms were clean and presentable . The closet in the master bedroom is a spacious walk-in. People in my unit are working professionals. There’s no noise , no loud music, no disturbances. The only thing I see are dog owners who allow their dogs to poop on the lawn and they don’t clean up the poop . It’s a gated community, but there are those who tailgate to get in the community. The ground keepers are courteous and helpful . Great location , near the interstate and near shopping centers. Overall I made the right choice .”

I filled out the application with the amazing deal that was going on and then I called a week letter and was approved and a couple days after that I had a welcome letter and two weeks I was getting the keys to my apartment. The process was quick and easy and Josh was very outgoing and understanding. The tour was amazing and when I picked up my keys my actual apartment was amazing. It’s very big and spacious. The community is quiet and very friendly and in the center of everything. Three minutes away from grocery stores, fast foods. Anyway. The staff and Josh I can’t thank them enough.”

“We stayed at Ocean House Condo #2904 in Gulf Shores and it exceeded all of our expectations. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered a stunning view of the ocean and was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The location of the condo was also ideal - just a short walk to the beach and close to all of the shops and restaurants in the area. The staff at the complex were also incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Ocean House Condo 2904 for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable beach vacation.”

“THE CATS AT INVERNESS! There is a feral cat problem at the Abbey at Inverness. Currently, there are four breeds and two new litters going into 2024. If you have a dog or car, expect scratches. The cats climb on vehicles, dart across the street, and harass responsible pet owners. Attempts at solving the issue with the Abbey at Inverness management have been unfruitful. They insist that it is the residents' job to solve the feral cat infestation. Local animal controls have stated that “allowing feral cats to breed at the abbey will lead to fleas and are dangerous to children who think they are pets.” I was told the cats are unvaccinated and should not be approached. Problems arise as the cats live on the resident’s stairs. It is a shame that the abbey has allowed the cats to breed excessively, leaving more cats without a home :(. The cats and residents deserve better. Here are some pictures of the beautiful cats. (There are 8 in that photo, but that is only about a third of the cats. I've counted as many as 20 after a litter. Sadly, many kittens do not survive without proper vaccinations and care.)”
