After going to 3 other stores looking for a specific pair of jeans, I walked in Kohl's and was in & out in no time with the jeans. The associate found them almost immediately and the size I needed was the first one he picked up. There was 1 person checking out when I got to the front, a sweet lady named Reka went to another register to wait on me. She was very friendly and efficient. I can't remember if I've ever had shopping experience as good anywhere before. I hate to shop but if all my experiences were half as nice as that one, I might actually enjoy shopping. I would definitely recommend Kohl's!”

My biggest complaint remains the same, self-checkouts. I think if anyone follows me they will find, I'm not a fan of self checkouts. You lose so much of the customer service experience with self checkouts. I know there's a bottom line businesses have to meet but again what's the cost. Some of these are blurry. It's hard to take pictures in a department store without people looking at you kind of funny. There might even be a couple of duplicated photos because I took so many.”

“I was at the Grand Opening of the new America’s Thrift Store here in Huntsville and this is quite a large thrift store with a well stocked inventory for something that just opened up. Their prices appear to be higher than some of the smaller thrift stores in the area so I plan on trying their rewards app to build up points for discounts there which is something most other thrift stores don’t offer. This is an impressive sized store but I’ll have to go there a few more times to see if I find any great deals before I rate them a 5/5 star.”
