“First time at Los Reyes Grill, really enjoyed everything, but, I ordered the grilled shrimp and brown rice, the rice and vegetables were great 👍. The shrimp, not so great. It was overcooked and stuck to the skewer. I had to really work to get it off the stick 😩. I would come again, but maybe not so soon. The server and the rest of the staff were very helpful 👍. The restaurant was very clean, maybe a little worn, but nice. Nuff said...”

My daughters food was terrible and she only took one bite, when my wife asked a manger if we could change the meal for something else, he told us there was nothing he could do AND we still had to pay for it !! The intent was not to get a free meal, I just wanted my daughter to enjoy her meal. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a restaurant!!!! I’m very disappointed in the way this was handled. !!!!!!!!!!!!!RUDE AND DISMISSIVE !!!!!!!!!! I usually enjoy this restaurant. My wife and I have been patrons for 14yrs. But today’s experience was extremely lackluster. I am mostly disappointed in the manager . The culture is changing .”

“A favorite place to visit for family weekday dinners, lunch time with coworkers & ladies margarita night out. The service is always excellent & food arrives fast and fresh. We never feel rushed when we hang out here so it’s the perfect neighborhood spot to socialize with friends or coworkers. When you want something a little lighter, try the chicken soup with rice! Great take out food too when you want something fast for home. The food is ready within 15 minutes for pick up. It’s great we have a locally owned restaurant like EL Monte in the north east Madison County area!”

“The chicken was the best I've ever had a Mexican restaurant! Shrimp was great!! Rice was good as well. Cheese dip was average, salsa tasted like it had poured out of a jar from the store. Service was terrible. Though I have to say for the amount of servers I could tell some were at least trying. Just inside I counted 9 tables occupied, one table had 12 people. I think there was one 1 waitress & 2 guys helping her, another waitress had outside tables (she sat around alot while we were there & there were customers seated at the tables outside.) Overall it was ok. We may be back. Hopefully the service will be better next time as that was the biggest issue. Pictured was the Leesburg special & a seafood dish with fish, shrimp & crab. We also ordered rice & cheese dip”
