The staff gave my dog time to rest before pick up so he was able to walk to the car on his own. For wellness visits and vaccines we are always seen in a timely manner and they are always gentle and respectful to my pup! I trust that he is in great hands with Trumbull Animal Hospital staff.”

Reason for the 4 star rating is they are not totally digitally though they present to be. They provide an email address on the site, no acknowledgment to mail sent. Never know if mail is being received or responded to. Online appointment schedule request needs attention in mobile responses. Outside of learning the digital world, pet care is utmost.”

They gave me so much information on his care, they let me meet with him multiple times and he is the absolute best cat. It’s ridiculous I think I actually got the best cat in the world. He has been so cared for by them, he really just wants to be loved and I’m so happy I’m the one who’s able to give him the home he needs. The staff is courteous and juggles a busy office well. The vets are kind and patient with repeat questions. There's not a whole lot of space on the waiting room to keep distance between pets, but it's clean, comfortable and has complimentary refreshments.”

“Professional and quality care. They are very responsive. My only negative is that certain procedures are handled from your car. Someone comes out, takes the dog and then brings the dog back. In theory, it's a good idea except in the pouring rain. The tech got soaked and my dog got mud all over my car seats. And trying to talk to the person in the rain is not helpful.”

Charles is very bubbly and polite and definitely calmed both me and my kitty Dipper down upon arrival. Victoria and Natasha are amazing Technicians, they are both so professional, knowledgeable, patient, quick and precise. I know my kitty is in great hands with them. Dr. Asher ties the whole crew together like glue, so knowledgeable and professionally. The atmosphere in here is so peaceful and calming for both you and your pet. 10/10 recommendation. ”The woman with the red hair at the front desk provided poor customer service and seems to be on some sort of medication - her eyes were glassy and she didn’t notice when I entered the front door and was standing at her desk. She wanted to argue with me instead of answering my questions and even went as far as to tell me that I must have pretended to be someone else on the phone. The other two employees at the front desk are lovely and so are the vet techs and the vet. If I had gotten another employee at the front desk, then the review would be 4 stars - 5 if they did the exam in the room with you.”
