”The woman with the red hair at the front desk provided poor customer service and seems to be on some sort of medication - her eyes were glassy and she didn’t notice when I entered the front door and was standing at her desk. She wanted to argue with me instead of answering my questions and even went as far as to tell me that I must have pretended to be someone else on the phone. The other two employees at the front desk are lovely and so are the vet techs and the vet. If I had gotten another employee at the front desk, then the review would be 4 stars - 5 if they did the exam in the room with you.”
