“My husband and I stayed at this hotel from December 28, 29 2023. The front desk staff was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. As we're the restaurant staff. I liked the location. It has a restaurant inside the hotel and a Chili's restaurant right next door. The room was not really to my liking because there was a smell upon entering the room and the water pressure from the shower head was horrible and trying to turn the water on in the tub area was a struggle. I would've ask for another room but I was so frustrated from our luggage being sent to another state....I just dealt with the hotel issues. And it is a 3 star hotel not a 4 or 5 star.... And I'm sure if I had asked I would've been given another room because again the staff on both shift were very nice! I wouldn't mind staying here again if I were to visit that part of Connecticut.”

“I checked in, surveyed the bathroom and bedroom, and immediately canceled my reservation. The bathroom shower was growing mold all throughout the corners of the shower stall. Upon checking the mattress for bed bugs I found that the mattress itself was stained numerous shades of yellow and red. The room was dingy and dark with wooden furniture that looks like it has taken a beating. On top of that my room definitely smelled like someone had smoked in it.”

They are on top of everything. From the moment my family member arrived, the head of each department was there to introduce themselves to learn her likes and dislikes, they went over the services their department provided. It is such a relief to be able to say I trust that my loved one is in good hands. To have a loved one need to go to rehab is extremely stressful and I am so glad we chose Bel Air. This is the second time my family member has used this facility and while I hope she doesn’t have to go back, I know is she does, Bel Air is our first choice.”
