I had my haircut done with Emily & Alyssa who were exceptional and fun. The staff at La Jolie is very professional, fun, and warm. I knew I’d be taken care of. “I brought my kids in for haircuts a couple weeks ago. When we got home I realized both of their haircuts were visibly uneven. It is hard enough as it is to get two small children out of the house the first time to get haircuts, so I wasn’t sure if I wanted to bother getting it fixed. Life got busy with the holidays and I didn’t have time to get it fixed immediately and when I called today they told me they would not fix their hair because it had been more than one week. I understand they don’t want to give out free haircuts, but fixing uneven spots is not the same thing as a full haircut and it has been three weeks, not three months. Now I paid $80 for two very uneven haircuts and they want me to pay another $80 to have them fixed. It should have been done correctly the first time and to not even bother to fix it is unacceptable in my opinion, especially when they have a full day of appointments open. I will not be back.”

”I had an awful experience here. I went in and was told they couldn’t do design which was okay with me but the lady instead tried to do the snowflakes I had asked for and wasted 30 minutes of my time doing so. She also cut my fingers numerous times and my fingers still hurt from it. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the glitter that they used was far different from my picture. She did my nails so thin that when I got home after 20 minutes 1 broke and another 2 felt like they were about to break. I went back and another lady fixed them and did a good job but ultimately half of my day was wasted and I ended up spending more than I expected. Do NOT go see Linda!!!!! She should not be working there she does not know how to do nails at all”
