I ordered Carne Tampiqueña con Camarones and my partner ordered Bandeja Paisa and passion fruit juice. Everything was very well cooked and tasty. The service was good, typical Latin atmosphere. “They really treat you right at this place. Oftentimes buffets don't really appeal to me, but this is some real soul food right here and everything looked and tasted amazing. I had some slow-cooked pork with onions, garlic, and olives, also delicious and fresh radish salad, and ripe, hot plantains. I teach cooking classes and am a big-time nutrition nerd, and so I'm very picky about eating out. I almost never do. But I'd eat again here in a heartbeat.”

“Such a waste, I ordered the Seafood Ceviche and the amount of different seafood portions was great, I was very excited it PERUVIAN, but how disappointing. The best Ceviche takes ability, small care about how it’s made and most importantly don’t squeeze the lemon all the way so the fumes don’t destroy the flavor, the sour after taste made it seem as if an inexperienced person put it together. Don’t spend a dime in this place. I believe credit is only due where dedication and perseverance to create a perfect customer experience while as customers we decide to walk into any establishment, this place has lost it. No bueno”

”Sorry to say but I was unimpressed with my meal this evening. The chips came with delicious salsa but seemed to have no salt or flavor of their own. We ordered a fajita combo to share and rather than peppers or onions the skillet came with frozen mixed veggies??? I have NEVER had fajitas with broccoli, carrots and zuccini?! Not to mention if i didnt know a little bit of spanish it would have been near impossible to communicate with the server. The drinks were strong which was the reason for 2 stars instead of one.”

”I dined there last Sunday during brunch time with my parents, my kids, my sisters, cousin and nephews. We had a great time! The drinks were on point and the food was excellent! I had the grilled pulpo & ceasar salad and both were delicious. We finished it off with fresh made churros paired with chocolate & dulce de leche dipping sauces that were yummy too. Overall we are definitely going back soon and recommend 100%! To top it off we got to meet & compliment the head chef/owner Luis Vazquez who is from our native island of Puerto Rico! You gotta visit this fusion cuisine gem in the heart of Unionville!”
