“I had a really bad experience with this stores Team leader by the name “Faye.” I explained to her that I purchased an item that rang up a different price. As seen in the photos the items were racked with a buy two for six dollar sign. I saw that they were busy, so I told the employee I’d walk back and take a photo to prove this. And when I returned Faye laughed in my face and said that she would not honor it. I would have accepted the misunderstanding if she did not laugh in my face. Regardless of the price of the item, a simple apology for the mislabeled rack and misunderstanding would have gone a long way! I hope corporate read this, you can do your best re-facing your aisles but no matter what at the end of the day the people you chose to lead would change anyones overall perspective of the store no matter how clean or dirty it is!”
