“My wife and I have stayed here several times over the last 10 years. It is very relaxing and we have always enjoyed ourselves. We most recently staying this past weekend and have once again come home relaxed and rejuvenated. We absolutely love staying here and would recommend it to any couple looking to stay in eastern CT and looking for some peace and quiet. I truly love this place.”

“Rooms are very loud. Music can be heard on the 3rd floor. When our room neighbors flushed their toilet, I thought it was our toilet. We needed extra sheets for our 2 year old so he could sleep on the pull out couch. They couldn’t even be bothered to bring them up to the room. The pool faces north and there no lights on during the day. It was nearing sunset and with the tall buildings and early sunset, Pool was getting dark so I called the front office to see if we could have some lights turned on. GM came in and told me no and they would turn on eventually. He changed his mind 5 minutes later and adjusted the timer so the lights turned on. Pool could have been 3-4 degrees warmer. Rooms were clean, if that’s all you care about, you are good there. Restaurant attached has slow service and is expensive. Sort of disappointing holiday inn experience.”

“If you’re an old soul, you’ll feel at home. It is home Quiet. Relaxing. Perfect for a stay. Do what you need to do. And come back next time. Breakfast is your standard fair. Waffle maker. Eggs and meats. OJ and apple juice. Water pressure is good. Free coffee and tea. Quaint little getaway. I will stay here again since I just get to the room to sleep and out early for work.”

“Stayed here for a week but would have liked to stay somewhere else all things now considered. There are rails RIGHT next to the hotel that will affect your sleep regardless of what floor you may be on. The parking garage access is awkward and not easy to get out of in the morning. The key card reader didn't work at the time I was there, so you had to honk or call the desk to get out of the garage. The roof top bar is okay, but there are better places and options. My 2 cents. I am a gold member, the only reason I mention that is I stay at a LOT of Marriott locations and this one is not one I will return to.”

“Quaint hotel that looks nice. Exterior exterior entrances to all rooms in my building. Room was spacious, bathroom small. Shower head and pressure good, towels good. Room always smelled a bit stale if ac wasn't cranked to 66F, and mattress was unevenly soft. In room coffee was fine. Won't mind staying again, but not amazing.”
