”The gauge cluster wasn't properly weather sealed on my 21 Himalayan, which allow moisture to short out the backlight on the LED screen and all of the glue in the speedo to fail, so everything would rattle around loosely. It was very obviously broken. They charge me $139 to diagnose that. It then took the service department 2 MONTHS to tell me that my bike was actually out of warranty (I bought it used and thought it was in warranty), and I would need pay for the replacement. Go somewhere else.”

I went there a couple months ago to wash my truck, been doing a lot of highway driving lately, bug bodies all over the front. Told them to be sure to get that off. Needles to say they didn't. They didn't even vacuum inside, which was supposed to be part of what I paid for. Huge difference from last time I went. Won't go there again. Service goes down hill when ever someone else takes over a business.”
