They wrote happy birthday in white icing on a white cake and then tried to write over it in dark icing with a shaky hand. I wouldn’t have sold something this pitiful looking.”

“Always a lovely selection of vegetables and fruits. Their chicken wings are tender and not overly fatty. Cooked just right. I always try to get their "feed 4 for $25" meal special every week, because it saves so much time and it usually feeds 5. It's all packaged and I just have to follow some easy directions or actually anyone in the house can! Very nice and helpful associates as well as knowledgeable meat counter staff. A fantastic selection of ready made soups and chowders. If you're in a hurry or maybe you just don't feel like cooking, there are quiches ready for the oven and nice Artisan bread varieties you can pair with a bisque and you're all set!”

“A couple days ago I had went shopping at about 10:30p.m. Zach and Gavin were working and I had done self check-out. The machine kept flagging over the bagging area and they were so patient and kind about it. They didn't seem annoyed even though we were definitely still checking out a little past 11 and even joked around with my husband and I. They were talking but immediately jumped to it when we needed help and there was no delay. I normally avoid Kroger's but they definitely made it to where I'll be going back!”

“The store is very clean, very organized and carries an abundance of variety items for a market. Most Walmarts I can’t find the employees This location seems to have quite a few… the downfall to that is I’ve just recently started shopping there and 3 out of 3 times…. No one speaks even within arms reach Wow. That’s SO UNWELCOMING I even had a lady employee practically roll her eyes upon apologizing cause I knocked a couple items off the candy counter and my hands were full never even made eye contact”

”Kroger in dishonest. The activation slip they give you when you purchase gift cards MEANS NOTHING. I bought $3000 cash worth of gift cards for a local garden center. Three of the 6 $500 cards didn't work because they were missing pins. The garden center could do nothing about it so they directed me back to Kroger where I purchased the cards. Kroger refused to give the money back. They give me a email to try to get my money back and I was instructed to work with the card services people to get me money. I have sent pictures of everything as they instructed. It has been days and I have heard nothing back. Don't buy cards from Kroger because if they don't work you are just out. It is incredible cumbersome process to get your money. This is not fair. I did nothing wrong. I paid cash at the service desk and they know it. There policy is NO refunds. Be aware, don't make the mistake of buying cards from Kroger!!!”

The self checkout line are stubborn, but you just have to take your time to scan everything and be sure not to touch the bag station after scanning, it will lock up and you will have to call for help to proceed. They do offer lanes where their employees check you out”

”I am a lifelong customer of Krogers, but that has changed starting with the last visit. I have a temporary license, and I have used it to cash 4 cheques thus far until yesterday. The person st customer service was a bit rude and exclaimed that he can't cash my cheque becaus license won't scan. I say put the information in manually. I told him that I have been cashing them there. He went to some manager named Nick that I never saw. All he was trying to do with a manager was to validate his "no" answer instead of finding a ,"workaround" like his colleagues in the.stire do. He came back smiling with that no. I may come back to krogers some day, but for the immediate future,.i have taking my business elsewhere, because of.a lack of consistency by Kroger management, which cost me an hour and majorly inconvenienced me.”

”We were on vacation in Lake Cumberland area and this was the closest store. They cram a lot into a small space as this is a regular Kroger and not Kroger Marketplace. Variety of brands is smaller, but we were able to find what we needed with no problem. Aisles are tight, but passable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were asked a few times if we needed help finding anything. Great service. Thumbs up.”
