“Actually, meant to book another bowling alley. However, I can honestly say I'm pleasantly surprised. I prefer this one more than some of the newer ones. The entire place is very clean. Yes, this includes the restrooms. The lanes / bowling balls are well oiled. The staff is friendly. The music was at a perfect level (enough to keep energy up but not so loud you have to yell). They also had a pretty good selection of food. I'd say between $3-$15. Booking ahead was simple and easy. Lastly, their technology for different game types is current. Overall, our experience was great! Don't let the outside looks keep you from this place.”

“With no grappling experience I walked in during an open mat signed up and Mario (random student) helped me out and gave me some stuff to work on that day. Great place for anyone to come train everybody is super welcoming and helpful. I've been to 4 classes now and I've realized how much I suck at it lmao but after every roll everyone thanks me for the workout, gives me 1-2 pointers and tells me "just come back, you'll get there" Coach Phil has put together a solid gym and great group of people 10/10 I recommend, now just get in here already!”

”Our first time here but won’t be out last. Go during the week (S-Th) otherwise you’ll be backed up for days on the golf course. We stayed Tu-Fr, had the course all to ourselves Tu, We and Th, Friday was packed. Restaurant (Carroll) was fantastic! Food was great, service was amazing. This is what it is. It’s not a “resort” it is a motel with golfing. Each room has two double beds. Tile flooring and smelled freshly cleaned. The pool was in great shape. Everyone here were super nice, very helpful and so kind. There’s an 18 hole course, 9-hole course and a pitch/putt (9-hole) lighted course. We played them all. On Thursday evening entire crews of dudes came in, golf course went from us four to max capacity. Golf course was backed up for hours Friday morning. Be prepared if you’re playing the weekend. Get the gold package, totally worth it!”

”I first joined this gym May 2020. Initially I thought the price of $69 a month for the family membership plan was a great value. The staff were always friendly and I saw a great value in the two hours of childcare that they offered. However, the aesthetics of the gym were always lacking. The men’s locker room was dated and the shower room always had a urine smell. None of this bothered me too much because I took in account the last few years we were doing with a pandemic and business obviously slowed and they probably weren’t able to do the updates that they wanted to. However, recently, they increased the membership fee to over $80 a month from $69 without notification and without justification. When I called the front desk to addressed my concerns and inquire as to why there was an increase the only response I got was “the general manager felt like it.” In my opinion, paying over $80 a month for a gym that has difficulties keeping pace with the aesthetics and cleanliness of other gyms in the area I have since canceled my membership. Additionally, receiving such a lame response as to why the price increase furthered my decision to cancel my membership. Very disappointing seeing the management take action, such as price increases without justifying it. Because of this, I would recommend someone to check out other gyms in the Etown area.”
