“Perfect! We stayed one night the first week of January. It's right off I75 and reasonably priced. We were passing through on our way from Florida to Michigan. The hotel is newly remodeled and very clean. The color palette is very calming. There is tasteful local photography on the walls. The beds are comfortable and our room had a cozy armchair in it, as well as a desk and mini fridge. The breakfast room is large and the selections are thoughtfully prepared. We've been on the road two weeks and this is the best breakfast we've had. There's also a 24 hour coffee station outside the dining area. And they are pet friendly! I strongly recommend this hotel and I'm certain we will be back.”

“The hotel staff was awesome. Very friendly & respectful. The rooms were great as well. We did hav a room issue when checking in with an AC unit leaking water. That was beyond their control. The swapped us rooms instantly and also offered a room upgrade if we wanted. The breakfast the next morning was great and just what we needed to start the day off.”

“It’s been a good stay. Clean rooms, really nice breakfast - hot, fresh, and well stocked. Front desk was helpful and professional. Location was good- easy in and out from highway. Plenty of parking- well lit. We got the 2 bed suite with sofa area- BEST PART of our stay- spacious for our stay of 6. Plus fridge and microwave. Yes- it could use a bit of updated and there is average wear and tear on furniture but it was CLEAN and good PRICE. We got a good nights sleep with a delicious breakfast and back on the road.”

“The bathroom was disgusting!!!! They didn’t sweep or mop. Spots and hair everywhere. The photo of the dirty white cloth is from me wiping the floor with a wash cloth. I went to take a shower and the shower/tub wasn’t even clean. Hair was stuck to the walls of the shower and to the tub. It makes me wonder about the carpet. DO NOT STAY HERE!”

Breakfast was good and before dawn the lobby was a nice place to read. The staff were polite and helpful, but not that professional or attentive. When walking up to the desk we often needed to get their attention. Overall, it's a hotel. You could sleep here if you're not too temperature sensitive. Its just not a very nice one, nor a good deal for the price. There are much better hotels in the area around the same price point.”

”The absolute worst experience. We rented a room for the kids to swim. The price online was significantly different than when we checked in. Room price was $125, check in price was $178. We booked the hotel online for the price of $125. Whatever, no big deal, we’ll roll with it. So we get in there, immediately take kids to swim at the pool. My daughter’s head bumped the emergency phone that’s NOT in a case or protected in case of any sort of accident. She bumped it with her head, knocked it off and immediately picked it up and put it back. In STORMS the manager and she starts yelling at us, saying we have knocked it off multiple times and that the police are called every single time. We said what? It was once, on accident. The kids weren’t running, they weren’t horsing around, she was just standing there eating pizza and bumped it. We did NOT stay the night. We just wanted the room so her and a few friends would swim. So the next day I call to make sure check out went smooth, and that we’d receive our incidentals fee back. Immediately the woman was INCREDIBLY nasty to us. She said that we never paid for the room, that we’ve been put on alert and cannot stay at another holiday inn until we’ve paid. I said what? I paid with my debit card at check in. The money has been taken from my account. She said that money was put on hold, and when we tried to charge your card again, it was denied. I said because you are now trying to charge me $400 for a room we didn’t even stay in. We went around and around over this and got no where. So, I am out almost $200, and can no longer stay in a holiday inn hotel. 10/10 worst hotel experience ever. Would absolutely never go back.”

”I booked this hotel for the pool and workout gym. Pros: Front visitor area is nice and look, looks up to date and is decorated for the holidays. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower pressure was good and larger than normal shower heads. Breakfast was decent, area was clean and enough food for everyone getting it. The room had 2 full length mirrors which I appreciated. Cons: Would not call the workout area a gym. One of the treadmills doesn’t work and the other one needs to be oiled/greased, no free weights/yoga mats/yoga ball, bicycles seat is broken and can’t be adjusted, and extremely small in size (4 pieces of cardio & 1 multi use workout machine). The stairs need to be redone doing upstairs, looks very bad. The bathroom had mold around the shower and needs to be fixed ASAP. Lastly the lights in the room, some were broken or didn’t turn on (one was leaning to the side). The vending machine took my money with nothing being given out (the front desk gave me 2 waters). Small parking lot, limited spaces.”

It would have been nice to know that the hot tub was under maintenance. I had changed my reservation from one hotel to this one specifically so we could enjoy the hot tub. I checked twice on the hotels site and nothing was ever mentioned about the hot tub being out of commission.”

”My wife and I stayed at this Hilton because we were having a work Christmas party at the Tony's that is attached to it. We were very impressed at how modern and nice the hotel was! After our dinner at Tony's, we got a couple of drinks at the bar in the lobby. The drinks were great and our bartender was very helpful and friendly! Our room was very nice and even had a separate living room with a TV. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, and if we are ever back in the area, we will be staying here again!”
