“These folks are fantastic! My 16 year old daughter was scheduled for her driving test at 8:45AM. We checked the car she was going to take the test in the night before and all lights brakes and blinkers were working fine. As we pulled out of the driveway to head to school to drop off my youngest and head to the test, I realized the a headlight was out. We dropped off my youngest and headed to Autozone. I ran in the store and explained my situation and said I needed a headlamp in 20 minutes. Without hesitation the one crew member ran outside and started to take apart the light fixture. The other crew member found my bulb and we ran it out to the car. Those guys had the bulb fixed within 5 minutes. This calmed my girl down and she passed her test with flying colors. ”Came in to have a touch screen and back up camera installed on Friday. Was told it would not be done till sometime before they close today on Saturday at 3pm. It was not finished until 4pm and I received my car with scratched and chunks takin out of my center console. Only one speaker is now working and my car is in arguably worse condition then it was coming in.. they closed and left right as I got my car and before I could realize what damage was actually done. I will be contacting you on Monday to figure this out because this is NOT ok. the radio was not even put in flush... last picture is before the damage// EDIT!! After taking it in the next business day they took care of me 100% fixed everything and even ordered me a new center console to replace the damaged! Would recommend! They stand on their word and I’ll do business with them again”

”About 6 months ago I bought a vehicle and it took another service manager to take care of this problem . The key fob they gave me with the vehicle was not the right one. So It had problems unlocking and starting the car. So James the new manager was great He listened to what had been happening and told me to give him a few days , now the car will even start with the key fob. No more problems waiting 5 minutes to get in your vehicle. James you are a great manager like they should be understanding, listening, explaining and taking care of the problem. Also Joe at the service desk I think is new but things are looking better for him now that James is there. Keep up the great service guys.”

”Caution-I’d be hesitant to leave a deposit on any vehicle. I handed over a non-refundable deposit only because it was near impossible to get my hands on the car I was looking for. I was told the one I want is on the truck and would be there in a day or two. Fast forward a couple weeks later and still no car I put a down payment on. We happened to come across a vehicle available in Ashland and of course we snatched it up, as we were left hanging at Pops. I tried to get my deposit back, as the vehicle I put a deposit on never showed up, but basically was told I could use as a credit if I was to buy from them in the future. Pretty sure that’s not gonna happen. All that said, my salesman was nice and kept me updated on my MIA car, but never would release the funds since they couldn’t hold up their end of the deal. I wouldn’t have been dumb enough to leave a $1k deposit on a car if I was told that it could be 2-4 weeks. Just be cautious!!”
