So It had problems unlocking and starting the car. So James the new manager was great He listened to what had been happening and told me to give him a few days , now the car will even start with the key fob. No more problems waiting 5 minutes to get in your vehicle. James you are a great manager like they should be understanding, listening, explaining and taking care of the problem. ”Service and sales departments needs a complete overhaul. 1. I took my tundra in for an oil change when I picked it up it had oil on the door inside and outside and on steering wheel 2. They forgot to put all but one bolt and it was loose, back in my splash guard underneath when they changed my oil and it fell off going down the road 3. They broke my after market chrome grill 4. My hood release was turned 180 degrees to the wrong side and cable was broke and when I took it back to them they said I couldn’t proof it and it would cost high dollar for them to repair it So so may more issues with the new management too many to address here. Never had so many issues when Don Moore was still here in charge. I’ve bought 6 vehicles from Dom Moore Toyota, NO MORE. Too many more dealerships to choose from. I believe it takes quality people to run, establish and maintain a top total quality facility, this place use to be on top but not anymore it’s on the bottom of my list and it’s a long list of dealership competitors out there.”
