“Stayed here again from January 12th to the 15th. We started staying here last year as it is close to grandkids. This is a nice hotel. The staff are friendly. The rooms are quiet. We even started to use the pool. We stay at quite a few Hilton hotels and this is definitely one of their best. It is a clean, well run establishment. We will be back again in March.”

“Hotel could be really nice but little annoyances completely ruin the experience. Went to enjoy the hot tub and couldn't get throught the door because the card reader doesn't work right and then the hot tub was cold. Attendant reset it but it wasn't hot until the next morning but again I couldn't get in and had to have attendant let me in. The tub was hot but the jets wouldn't turn on. Then I went back to my room and my door card reader didn't work eliciting another trip down to the lobby from the fourth floor! They made a new card and I still had trouble getting in but after 10 tries it finally worked. Went downstairs about 10pm for a snack, was going to purchase some frozen foods from the pantry but the attendant was nowhere to be found with a sign on the counter saying they were "helping a guest". I waited for 10 minutes and was forced to write a note saying what I took and to bill it to my room and set it on the desk keyboard because I was hungry and wasn't going to wait around. The rooms look to be updated but the walls and carpet are worn and the toilet runs all night unless you jiggle the handle. Beds are comfortable. Only good thing about the place is the breakfast, it was top notch. Would never stay here again”

“I rate them the highest possible for many good reasons! Staff when we checked in on 12/30, 4 pm, she was Very professional & accommodating! We felt at home! Very clean main areas and room was immaculate! Seemed brand new! I would 100% stay any time again, when in the area! Very impressive and again, staff was superb! 🥰❤️😍”

“My best friend and I came to Louisville for a 3 night stay to celebrate our birthdays together. Our room was clean and had a great kitchen setup. We couldn't get a 2 queen room, but fortunately, the sofa was a pull out bed. This is a budget friendly hotel and within walking distance or easy driving to many things we wanted to see and do. We were pleased that a room card was required to get into the lobby from the street. Only had the complimentary breakfast once. Seemed like a good amount of options and the breakfast sandwich I had was basic but tasty. Our shower was out of the body wash, but we had our own on this trip. Also, exhaust fans in the bathroom are always a positive. Other than these minor troubles, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. It's not fancy, but it's in the Hilton family and suited out needs perfectly on this trip”

“Probably the bottom rung of Hilton Inns. Room was ok, breakfast was ok. Staff awful. Really nasty man at front desk, stated he was unable to give me my Honor Points for this stay. It ok kay to stay here but keep it short and do not expect usually Hilton values.”

”Easy to get into! Love red roof locations that have a back road entrance to get away from traffic. Front desk dude working the night shift was awesome. Rooms are what you pay for not the best but mine was clean, everything worked like it should. The dresser was a little janky but for like $80 I stayed with my husband, nephew and big dog, so I ain't complaining! Best red roof experience yet.”

”My friends and I went on a hiking trail at red river and realized we wanted to come back in the morning rather than just leaving after our trail. we called to book a room and I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to book a room in less than 5 minutes! The lady on the phone seemed so nice and inviting! Once we got here check in was painless and we even got to bring our dog! (25 dollar pet charge, but a small price to pay for comfort for our baby.) The rooms are non-smoking (you can slightly tell that the rooms use to be smoking but they aren’t anymore!) Clean beds, floors and the cleanest shower curtain I’ve ever seen in a hotel! 10/10 We WILL be staying here again!!! The ladies who work here are a plus as they are very kind and welcoming!!”
