For the employees positive attitude, friendliness and quality of service and groceries; it is well worth it to pay a little bit more. Exceptional!!!”

“Yesterday I deleted a 2 star review because I felt I was being harsh in light of all the other 5 stars. (I accused them of being a nickel and dimers, because the bucket produce only the ones on top, weren’t moldy and the corn they ask not to open were precocious & wilted) But… then I looked at my pineapple and mango (photos below) pineapple didn’t even turn ripe just molded, the mango as well. The flesh is pale and spongy absolutely no juice. So I will stand with my original review place, may be spacious and airy, but they are just another nickel and dimer. Not cheap either! Do better, times are hard enough & folks are struggling enough. Remember, places that sell decent produce wouldn’t have to ask you not to “check” your produce because if people were buying quality produce, they would not have to check them!!!Catch 22”

“Our favorite thing about Publix is ordering subs online. Unfortunately quality is hit or miss here. Tonight our subs were missing ham, mustard and tomatoes. Did you run out of lettuce? It looked like it. Not getting what we paid for, especially proteins, is so frustrating. The guy that works Sundays is fantastic! He goes above and beyond and everything is always great.”

”We had to go check out the new Publix store and look around. We decided to go ahead and have lunch there so we picked up some lobster bisque soup some fish, shrimp, corn fritters and cheese curds. They have a drink bar with Coca-Cola products and I really like the diet Coke so I got that. Marilyn wanted a sandwich so she got some cold cuts and cheese and a bun. We purchased everything and took the elevator upstairs to the mezzanine where they have seating for lunch. They also have a nice couch up there you can sit on too and look out over the store. After lunch we did a little more shopping picked up some things that we needed and then back home. We really enjoyed our outing today.”

One person waiting on line is atrocious. When I finally got services. The next person who came up to the counter for served by a Publix employee. What a joke! She should have had to wait 15 minutes like I did. The customer who left apologize but I explained it was not his fault that I had to wait. And wait I did!”
