Took 1 point off the food since the cut of my steak wasn’t great, while it was cooked correctly the meat was tough and I didn’t get the experience ever was raving about. Other than that - loved the place, atmosphere and all the great dishes. Tip - come a bit early (or stay after your meal if it is still daytime) and walk around the property. Animal Kingdom lodge is beautiful and you get to see some of the Safari animals outdoors. Ask your server about the symbols in the restaurant like the rings on the columns and the Kanu birds all around.”

“The Capital Grille Naples is located just outside the Mercato shopping plaza on Rt. 41. This restaurant has a very upscale feel, complete with valet parking and a very masculine interior with dark wood paneling and game trophies. As you enter, there is a bar to the right and several small dining rooms throughout with a larger dining section in the rear/middle. I've visited several times and the smaller rooms are my preferred seating areas. My most recent visit was for lunch - a good time to "capitalize" (pun intended) on some fairly decent pricing. I enjoy their burger - it was cooked to order and the fries are delicious. If you are sensitive to salt, be sure to say so ahead of time - this burger is salty. My wife had the Capital Grille Cobb with Tenderloin, which was great as well. We ordered the Calamari, which was great, but didn't come with any sauces, which is unusual for this dish - we asked for some and they brought out marinara sauce, which was good. The only complaint is that the mains came out too fast behind the appetizer, but the waitress comped us the appetizer and acknowledged the mistake - great service! I'll be back!”

I had to ask 4 times for a glass of water and waited 16 minutes from 1st time ordering to arrival of water. In this time the bartender served 2 other customers water, chit chatted with 3 customers and cashed out a couple while repeatedly failing to bring me water despite affirming she heard me. Friends who own restaurants tell me they hold staff accountable if they fail to bring water to customers within 3 minutes of being seated. The haddock I had was very good and the broccoli florets were good too and both were good portion sizes. The rice that came with my meal was bland so I opted to eat the bread instead.”

We moved from the bar to the table and had to wait another 10-15 minutes to be greeted. Overall service was blah and we never got to order food because after being here for 2 hours they were out of a lot of things. So we asked to server for 2 minutes to review the menu she didn’t come back for about 15-20 minutes. We decided not to eat because it was almost now 9:30. This is the Coral Springs location. Probably will not return. I feel like I need to come early just for good service, which makes no sense.”

Even with all the games on, it was not loud and overbearing as many taverns can be. Our waiter was speedy, attentive and helpful. The pretzel was great. Crunchy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside, and the cheese sauce was nice. Perogies were done right. The filling was perfectly smooth and the dough was perfect. Serving them with the grilled onions was a nice touch too. Browned just right. The wings had been cooked perfectly and the sauce held up to its name. Some much flavor in every tender bite. Our pizza was spectacular! The crust was thin and crispy and had a nice mouth feel. The sauce was fresh and not over powering. Just the right amount of cheese and the tomatoes were fresh and flavorful. Truly a great Pie!”

This is what I imagine going to a chippie shop in the UK and getting an ice-cold beer and some fish and chips . I haven't been to the UK yet, but if they don't give me better than what I have experienced here, there will be problems. This is more on the expensive side, but the product and service well warrants the price. As a lone diner, I was well in 50$ with tip because I am no munch . But all in all this has been a great three and more visits and consistency is key and they have naild it every time. I have been here by myself, and I have been here with coworkers.
