“- great size room - amazing staff, very helpful and willing to accommodate - The breakfast bar was on time and always full - amazing location - 3 min walk from the pier and next to a lot of restaurants - eco friendly bathroom items (soaps, shampoo, lotion, etc) - The hotel is only 4 floors so breakfast never felt crowded and the elevator didn't take forever to come - travelled with 1 yr old and pack and play was in room and easy to assemble - they put us in a room with only one neighbor so when our kid kept crying or woke up at 5am we didn't feel too horrible - no sound from neighbors or in the hallway. - good black out curtains - housekeeping willing to do daily trash pick up/all staff very friendly”

“The place was very well kept and clean, to the point that you can tell the owners care. Rooms are very compact but have what you need if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room. Parking was limited but we found a spot each night so there must be one for each room. Appeared to cater to over 65 which is fine with us. No elevator so reserve early if mobility is an issue.”

”Alert! This is a great motel! My wife and I stayed 2 nights there in October, 2023. The desk lady said it had been renovated a couple of years ago. We had a room with comfortable king-sized bed. The carpet in the room and halls was new, and the room had been painted. It had a nice brand new sofa-chair, and being a handicap room, it had a nice walk in shower. The lobby people were all very cordial. We would like to stay there again sometime.”

”This hotel should be #1 on a list of worst hotels in Orlando/lake Mary. The room was Filthy from the start. I mirror wasn't clean the base boards were filled with dust and hair and the kitchen sink had lots of spots and water stains. We were there for 5 days and our room wasn't attended to once. Not one day out of time. When we called to complain they told us we would have to come and get our own things from downstairs because the house keepers had left for the day. This was before 5pm mind you. The hotel itself was just as dirty as the room. The hallways the elevator look like it's never cleaned. The lobby hadn't been swept or mopped none of the five days we were there. The elevator had dog poop in it that they eventually let dry up. The outside area was full of cigarettes butts. I mean this hotel was too expensive to be so dirty. And the staff wasn't compensating at all, and we were even expected to make our own beds. I would recommend this hotel until they get better management because it start from the higher ups.”

”We loved our stay at Marrero’s guest mansion - my photo does not do it justice. The heated pool, private balconies, simple yet delicious breakfast and wonderful staff made this a pleasant boutique hotel experience. The location is excellent and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Key West. So romantic 💘 My only two small recommendations for the future for an even better stay 🤩: 1. The shampoo/conditioner bottles were really difficult to use and squeeze liquids out of. I’d rather use refillable larger containers than these small plastic bottles. 2. Our bathroom door did not close and some of the hardware in the bathroom was coming loose. The shower pan only had a curtain divider and water would get out when we shower.”
