”I really wanted to like this place. We drive by it often and it seems so lively. Came here today for the first time and I’m convinced people only come for the atmosphere and not the food and drinks. The band was decent, but the food and service was terrible! First of all they make everything in house- the beer, the pickles, the ketchup, and the soda (I asked for sprite and she brought me back something that tasted like lime syrup and when I asked her if they made that too- she said kinda! So simply put a sprite here is not an actual sprite) and it’s gross! I had the ribs and they were extremely dry and rubbery- I literally could not cut through them or pull the meat off the bone. It was insane how tough it was to eat; I finally just gave up. My husband and son had burgers and they were both super dry & flavorless, and my daughter had the chicken sandwich. She said it was just ok. My husband also ordered an Old Fashion, he asked for it to be smoked, it wasn’t but I mean you can’t mess up whiskey. We sat outside and it was a lot going on so I assume that’s why the server barely came around. She wasn’t attentive and she talked so low you could barely hear her over the loud music. Not sure if I’ll return, just an overall disappointing experience when I really had high hopes for it.”

”I've been going to The Chill Room for over a year now. I'm there every Wednesday for open mic and always have a good time. If you're looking for a place to relax then this is where you should come. The environment is very friendly. There are always familiar faces there. I consider a couple of the bartenders to be friends. I've introduced several friends to this place and now we're among the regulars. They have a lot of games for customers to enjoy with friends such as Chess, Cards Against Humanity, UNO and many more. The owners are warm and welcoming and make sure that everyone is enjoying themselves. If you love karaoke, I highly recommend you join us on Wednesday night. Open mic starts at 9, but if you wanna beat the crowd and be among the first performers, get there an hour or even half an hour earlier. I've made several friends within the last year of coming here. Some of the familiar faces I see are people I went to high school with, or other regulars.”

The bartender was a lady named Tracey and she was great, very friendly and was very quick to get you a drink. The bar it’s self had dart boards in it, a pool table as well as few video games. They had enough t.v.s to watch your sports on and they had a menu but did not even look at it. The people that were there all seemed to be a laid back group and was a pleasant experience and atmosphere. You must check it out if you are in the area and want to have a drink”

”I’ve had this bar saved in one of my collections for a while after visiting the Gibson Room just a few blocks away. I consider this a hidden gem, much the Gibson room and a few other bars in the area. Came after dinner for the live music and walked into a jazz jam session with Russ Spiegel shredding his guitar and the rest of the trio doing their thing. I didn’t expect to enjoy some mean jazz tunes and a few Beatles classics but not bad for my first time. Sat down with a perfectly crafted Manhattan and had me a good ol’ time. The joint is nice and there’s a pool table outside with plenty of seating area, a few tables inside as well. I believe they do karaoke as well. After a few Manhattan ‘s in my system, I got the late night cravings and placed an order of wings and fries. The fries were good and the wings were also well seasoned with a side of BBQ sauce but nothing to really rave about, just decent drunk bar food that hits just right when you’re trying to sober up a little, ya know. Crowd wasn’t rowdy and the whole vibe was just chill so I like that. I’m glad more little hidden bars like these are popping up in town.”
