“I was impressed. I ended up staying here on business and chose this location for my colleague and I because I used to live 4 miles away in Lakeland and have driven by this place a million times. Now, I'll run through the key points really quick... • Location: Great location, close to everything needed-Publix, Walmart, etc. Also very close to restaurants (fast food and casual dine ins). It's Bartow so it's not a huge town but is situated in the middle of all needed and minutes from downtown. • Service: We were greeted a very friendly, 2nd shift front desk person. She had a great personality and a sense of humor but I must say, i have to give her the most credit where it's due -she had us checked in in lightning speed time, faster than any hotel l've stayed out (and that's been a lot) and I was very much thankful for it because it had been a long day. The night auditor (overnight) gentleman was also extremely friendly and kind. The woman that served continental breakfast, the same, and the housekeeper that l left my card with when I checked out. I didn't encounter any employee there that wasn't incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. This is a first because it always seems as though there's always that 1 lol • The rooms: The rooms weren't anything special, meaning to set them apart from any decent hotel, however, they were somewhat updated and most importantly, clean. My room overlooked the pool and they had me on the 4th floor 1 room from the end. Everything I needed was there-coffee maker and I'm not sure if this is standard in all rooms but I had 4 coffee pods, which excited me because I usually drink about that prior to making my way down, but 4 coffee pods, fridge, microwave, tv of course, iron, blow dryer and travel size toiletries.”

“My husband and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times when we are doing business in the local area. The hotel is clean and comfortable plus close to everything. Our favorite team members are Jessica and Aaron. Jessica is always super friendly and helpful. You can actually tell that she's smiling even when she answers the phone. And the late night guy Aaron that checks us in most of the time is just simply awesome! Highly recommend this hotel!”

“Uncontrollable noise until 2:30 a.m. January 2024 Our family had a rough two nights. There was uncontrollable noise, swearing, etc outside our window. Finally, at 2:30 a.m. they called the front desk. The front desk said it is something that happens often and is difficult to control. It was finally quieted on Friday night. But, the same thing happened on Saturday night! It seems there is a lack of security in this hotel. The rooms need to be updated rather than covered up. There were no grab bars and the toilet was so low to the ground that one had to grab the corner of the wall just to get up! Re: Uneditable Breakfast . . . Nothing was made fresh, but made hours ago and COLD. Eggs, Potatoes, Sausage, Bacon, Oatmeal. It was a total waste and on the second day, we just skipped eating there. The only nice thing at this hotel was the housekeeper!”

”I stayed here on a trip through the keys in January 2024. I paid $234 with taxes and everything. It is a very nice establishment with lots of amenities and great service. I got a good night sleep in their spacious room and a hearty breakfast from their continental offering. Seemed to be a bit of water damage in my room, but it is Florida, and the patio could benefit from a screen door in addition to the sliding glass one, however perhaps the latter would exacerbate the former. ”The hotel had no hot water, I was not informed when checking in, the staff lying, manager hiding in his office and not taking on the issue. The isolation between rooms non existent can hear people talk and doors opening and closing. Breakfast would be ok if they did not run out of bread and beagles. The good part about the hotel is that it’s clean and looks like it was build not too long ago.”

The room we were in was extremely spacious with 2 queen beds and a queen pull out sofa. Making it perfect for our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable as was the bedding. ”Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. We typically stay at a neighbor hotel whenever we are visiting, but because of the holidays and our plans, this had the best price/location, and we were so happy with our decision! The facilities were clean (including the bedding), they provided some good breakfast options, and there was sufficient parking. I would say that we had a issue with our toilet upon arriving but Emily responded quickly to get the issue resolved. Our housekeeper, Eli, was also amazing and made sure to ask us if we needed anything each day of our stay. Ms. Shara was also a pleasure to meet upon checking out! We will definitely stay at this location again, and highly recommend everyone to book with them as well.”

Super quiet room Dr even right next to the airport, like literally 50 yards maybe. I guess I should also mention that the room itself was almost immaculate to the point it seemed. no one has. ever stayed in it before, closet, fridge, huge shower, great views, desk, sitting area with lots of seating and an amazing mattress for a hotel. Also a gym, heated pool, and then there's a coffee bar, restaurant, business center with PCs, printers, etc and more seating for privacy all in the lobby”

And they are pet friendly:) I definitely recommend this place. We have stayed in other establishments in Panama City and have been disappointed.
