“I heard about this place having the best Cuban food in the Tampa area so I gave it a go. I can see why this place is beloved by the residents of Ybor, very small and tucked away with a diverse menu. Bring your readers though because the font on the menu is no bigger than 12 pt. I don’t think I enjoy Cuban sandwiches after my experience here. The pulled pork on the Cuban was very dry and made it hard to eat. I asked for extra mustard which definitely helped, there should have been more pickles for my taste. The maduros were some of the best I’ve had, very sweet and juicy. There was plenty of seating on a Saturday and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. The meal I had was less than $20 so for that value it gets 4 stars. In reality it’s more of a 3.5 IMO.”

I was a bit leery of the clove in it but it paired perfectly with the blackberry and tasted so fresh and delicious. Big fans. The shop is also a super cute vibe with adorable mural. A lovely, different spot (and a staple nowadays, I know it's not super new) in the St. Augustine area.”

This night, I ordered the 12-piece Garlic Stix (which are more cheese than bread), White Pie (Pizza) with spinach and mushrooms, and a Meat Pie (Pizza). Again, the wood fire gave these "pies" an excellent flavor. The lady who took my order and took care of me at the register was super friendly with a bubbly personality. I wish I would have got her name to recognize her in this review. Also, they give you a card which they check off for every "pie" you order that goes towards getting a free "pie."”

”Update: for the owner that answered. I don't understand your answer. The standard is Tom Yum Noddle, with meat included, at 6-7$. I get it at every Thai restaurant. See other reviews. In fact, after couple days I went to another restaurant Asian Time, delicious, and had wonderful Tom Yum at that 6$ appetizer. i just pointed out that you serve a bigger bowl at a bigger price, even removing the noodles it costs double, which is the truth. My total was over 21$, hence the 20-30$ range. I was lenient and balanced in judging your food and service, compared to others... I didn't mention for example that your menu wants to be hip and funny but it's tacky and purposely deceptive and other stuff. You should go around and learn from others. No, I won't come again. I don't see the point to coming to your restaurant when others are much better for food quality, choice, and mostly service. A waiter that is asked many times to let me know if you can do a Tom Yum with chicken without noodles and how much would it costs and keeps staring without understanding until you ask it repeatedly and returns 15 minutes later saying that would cost the same is not up to standards. Original review: Spring roll was ok and chicken Pad Thai quite small (the plate in the picture is quite small)and bland. Overpriced for the quality. Strangely the first Thai place that has no Tom Yum soup without noodles, so I asked if they could make it without noodles and they said it would still cost 10-12$. Usually it is around 6-7$. The waiter was very slow and inexperienced. Disappointing.”

”This is a very cool, small mom and pop Café with a Caribbean flavor. I had the eggs Benedict with crabcakes and a side of fresh fruit. The hollandaise sauce was definitely not traditional, but was delicious and spiced differently than you usually find. The fruit was, very fresh, but be forewarned that you have to give up the home fries and grits to get the fruit, and even then they charge three dollars more. My wife got the breakfast Cuban sandwich, which was really a wrap which had been toasted. It was generously sized and delicious. The home fries With her meal were also great. I had them bring some hot sauce out, and it was from St. Lucian, where the chef hails from. It was very unique and delicious. The service was wonderful, and the location is actually in the airport building, with an obvious airport theme. Parking was easy and there was no weight midmorning. We will definitely be back.”
