“Stayed here before a cruise. They room was great. They only thing is, we rented this room with the ceiling fan because we both prefer a breeze at night when sleeping. However the fan was not on, there was no batteries in the room that was attached to the wall for the fan. Messaged the front desk about it and they said someone would bring batteries. They never showed up and we finally gave up and just toughed it out. The hotel front desk ladies was really nice when checking in and answered questions we had. Breakfast was good, several things was out due to the crowd but understandable for a small breakfast before heading out for the day. Would stay here again if in the area.”

This rule of the hotel is hidden under drop-down lists, and the staff at the hotel were absolutely rude to both him and me when we were asking simple questions to clarify what we could do. Rather than promptly refund our money for the reservation THEY were refusing to honor, we were told to call back tomorrow and then hung up on. The staff is stellar with their customer service and responsiveness, diplomacy and handling and managing hundreds of campers on a daily basis. the grounds are maintained by a fantastic and capable staff, including but not limited to Andy, Scott and Cameron! Front desk staff was most excellent, and I really enjoyed interacting with Savannah, Trish, Melissa and Colleen on a daily basis. They are top-notch! The restaurants on the premises and across the street at the standard Marriott were outstanding with delicious food and impeccable service. The spa is heavenly. The location is just perfect as well. It's a nice area that is steps away from the Riverwalk. The only negative thing I can say is that, to me, the mattress was hard as a brick. However, I completely understand that hotels buy firmer mattresses because they last longer so, although not as comfortable sleeping as I could have been, I was OK with it. Will absolutely be back to stay at this outstanding hotel.”

I just wanted to sit in those beautiful chairs and enjoy a cup of coffee there. Located in a very nice safe area. The room was spacious comfortable and the beds were wonderful. The best beds we had during our travels. This by far has been the nicest hotel. My only regret was not staying longer. Staff was very friendly helpful. I can guarantee if ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. I would give 10 stars if I could. You won’t regret staying here loved loved it”
