Unfortunately it can be a very long wait and very pricey. Ancillary staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The Doctor/Vet who performs the surgery does a very good job. -- Overall my only recommendation for Twin Oaks, is to have someone dedicated to the phones & appointment scheduling and customer receiving. Overall I know they are busy all the time, but the "process could be made easier for Twin Oaks and the customer ( maybe handheld computer tablet to be used for appointment checks, when customers arrive in the parking lot, or something)”
