“I bought my dream car 9 months ago from them 2016 x6m $47,000 first thing that went wrong was the check engine light came on driving it home from the dealership when we got home we noticed specks of black stuff all over the rear bumper we have come to find out the light came on because it was running rich so what my bmw mechanic said it needs fuel injectors not a cheap fix. Then more recently we noticed driving at night the right head light would shake so we pulled the bumper off and discovered this car was in an accident and pieced back together and was not professionally done. So my advice to anyone buying a used car from any dealership have someone you trust look over the vehicle because Roxbury BMW said they looked it over and gave us a piece of paper saying what’s wrong with it I’m dealing with a nightmare of a car which should of been my dream car a $47,000 car should not have these problems.Roxbury also gave us a list of things that were modified and wrong with the car and the mechanic should of noticed black spots all over the rear bumper the pic in this review was taken at the dealer and there is block spots on the bumper.”

I live miles away and you need leave the car or if you want to wait, there are only specific waiting appointments available regardless of how far in advance you book. Guy was super rude on the call so I could try to make it work. I won’t be recommending people here anyway. I paid a couple dollars more for this service but can’t even use it.”
