“My wife and I had a short, weekend stay. We got in around midnight on Friday and the lobby was bright and inviting after a long day of travel. We were greeted at the front desk by Brian, the same person I had made my reservations with. We had a great chat and I was absolutely thrilled with our accommodations. The suite was clean and quite frankly everything looked new and updated. Breakfast the next day was pretty much what you would expect, but the food area was really nicely kept and the eating area was really nice and comfortable. I've been a Hilton Honors member for many years. Truth be told many of my recent stays in NJ were at another Hilton property. This one outclassed that property by leaps and bounds. So Shout out to Brian, a man of his word, and this place will get my business from now on.”

“Stunning. Felt like a movie star every time I interacted with staff. I was in a friend's wedding here and the event staff, Donna and Petra especially, were exceptional. Every detail was taken care of and they kept a level head and rolled with the punches. One bartender in particular, Joey, was truly awesome. He was funny and witty, and really paid attention to the guests. It looked like he was having fun the whole time and he had a positive attitude that was contagious! The surf and turf dinner was absolutely delicious. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and in the winter the price for a king studio suite was unbeatable. No standard rooms here, suites only. Price goes up in the summer months but that is to be expected. Stunning, modern, luxurious. I would come here again and again if I could. Thanks for being awesome and giving my friend the wedding of her dreams!”

“Less than welcoming check-in experience, like we were bothering them. The rooms were somewhat dated and both rooms had dirty carpets. It was nice to have a mini fridge. Breakfast was barely over continental. Potatoes were undercooked. No cream or half/half for coffee except for coffee mate. Turkey sausage was a challenge to swallow…flavorless. No orange juice (broken). Better than nothing but would have went out for a real breakfast had we stayed longer. My towel was also stained, which was disconcerting. It just did not live up to the Hilton brand, which I normally book.”

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Senaiola Ana was amazing. She interacted with my kids and made sure were were being taken care of. ”Very clean, nice rooms that are very spacious. Got a great deal online for a few days. They have a smaller sized indoor pool which was very clean but slightly warm on hot days. The staff was very professional and helpful. The maids were slightly loud and unprofessional talking about guests out loud, but guess that can be anywhere. They also have a two or three hole golf putting area which is cool for little kids.”

”Great Hilton Garden. The room was very clean and very spacious since we had a pack n play. Everything was modern. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Continental breakfast isn’t free even though there was a sign the night before sayogg n buffet was free. It was a little confusing. The beds were very comfortable. ”A few years ago, the owners did a tasteful renovation of the entire property. The rooms are logically arranged and appointed, the smallish common area is inviting, and the fitness center (which as far as I can tell is never used) is perfectly fine for a smaller hotel. The attached restaurant is good (not cheap) and has a great bar. The included breakfast is about what you would expect. Eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurts, waffles, etc. Good coffee, too.”

Hampton Inn made it super easy to get booked, and get checked in! The front desk staff was great, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was above-average for something that was included in the stay, and we loved that they offered free toiletries (such as toothbrushes, razors and toothpaste) as we forgot most things at home. We really appreciated the staff at the Hampton Inn for making our few days here almost like a mini-vacation. ”Our Chimney Hill two night escape-from-New York was perfect! Great accommodations in one of the barn units, loved the hot tubs , real sauna, and finally got a chance to do a cold plunge. The grounds are very nice, and can’t wait to come back when the trees are in full bloom. The owners and staff are on it, and really care about their visitors to have a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Two wonderful hot breakfasts were included and it is just minutes to two charming and fun towns. Well done all round!”

”This hotel was awesome! Their service was great and we went Christmas weekend. Our room was extremely clean and the hotel had a very new feel. The valet was courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good with options, I would have preferred some bacon as opposed to the turkey sausage, but that is being picky. The view from the room was spectacular at night. This is the hotel for me for my New York visits. I could not get over how clean the room was, and they allowed pets. That was great.”

”This was our first time staying in a bed & breakfast. We came in town for a concert at Ocean Casino. It is only 15 minutes away. We checked in at 2pm. The owner was here and gave us a map of the town and offered suggestions for dinner. We stayed in the Railroad room, which is in a separate building. We were the only ones in the building, and it was very quiet. We didn't get back from the concert until after midnight, and the grounds were still. In the morning, we had an amazing breakfast made by the nicest Irish lady. She offered oatmeal or yogurt parfait to start. Both were delicious. We were then served an omelet and waffle. Both were very good. I'm stuffed! Our room was lovely and much bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable and the soaking tub was perfect after the concert. We slept great. There is coffee in your room, but it has powdered milk. There are creamers offered in the dining room. At breakfast there is half and half available. They also have water and small snacks available in the lobby. My husband was not interested in staying at a bnb, but this has changed his opinion.”

I will never stay there again. Management wouldn't call me back after I left few messages for them to return my funds. I use that particular hotel because I had medical procedures. That hotel needs to be cleaned and treated for bugs! I'm nit looking for no one now to return my call after these few months of not caring especially with me being a diamond member. I even reached out and noted this problem day after at the diamond office. One thing I can say the check in front desk person was nice and polite. Location would be great if they cater to people and what they saying vout their rooms.”
