“UPDATE: 6/13/23 Just left this Target and all I can say is, How sad! They had an upgrade in how it looks but the service has gone DOWN severely! No one at the regular registers at first, one self check out closed with a bunch of stuff around it, the other self check out manned by one nice older man, who wiped the check out down (so that was nice). Then one person manned register opened but needed a manager shortly and the light flashed the entire time I was on line at self check out, poor people waiting for the manager for so long. The aisles were way messier than I have seen it in a long time. Clothes and all sorts of garbage and just things not in place…They used to have a nice guy greeting you, carts stocked, clean floors and well stocked. I went to customer service but left because the line was long and the woman was complaining to the other one about why xyz person shouldn’t go on break at a certain time… this store needs new management and staff ASAP! The best thing about this Target, they are usually well stocked. The worst is the bathrooms and lack of staff. Bathrooms always need toilet paper or need to be cleaned and the staff doesn’t take ownership of things. I told one lady the bathroom needed attention, she pointed to another and said for me to go tell the other employee that the bathroom needed attention. I’m sorry but that’s not customer service. She should have gotten on the radio and called the person not me walking around the store to tell someone.”

”I did 3 bathrooms in my house in Randolph over a 2-month period. All the tiles and corresponding things for all 3 bathrooms ultimately came from Standard Tile. Based on the reviews I saw, Standard Tile was our first and turned out to be our last stop. John from the store was extremely patient and knowledgeable with me and my wife through all our purchases and I cannot be more grateful to him. Each of our bathrooms came out really well. I think the patience and politeness that John showed us was key to us being able to choose what we wanted and be happy with our choices.”

”The worse customer service in the world. Never in my life have I ever experienced something like this, Connie was watching over the self checkout lanes my Apple Pay wasn’t working so I had to run back to the car and get my card so she cancelled the 3 items I had and put them back after I told her I’d be right back in. I grab the items again and go back to self checkout because the only lane open had people so I ring up my items and I pay with my card I owed 29 cents and the machine I was at didn’t take cash or change so I asked her if she could cancel it and ring it up at her register or just cancel it so I can go to another register and she asked me why I literally stood there in shock and said why are you being so rude. She continued to ask why I wanted to cancel the transaction again and I already cancelled it once. Asked me if I could buy it or not , I repeated myself I just need to split the payment and it doesn’t accept cash then she goes maybe I can with the snarkiest most rude attitude ever. Now with tears in my eyes I looked around in complete disbelief as another worker was standing there witnessing it I just walked away to guest services and told them about the interaction. Which it seemed like they did not care at all.I will never be returning here again. I am beyond disappointed I’m horrified to have experienced something like this especially in front of my child!!! To stand there and argue with me as I’m visibly upset and continue to badger me on why I need to switch registers is beyond me and someone like that should not be working in bay type of customer service.”

Close to Costco and other shops . Have. A Starbucks Inside . Quick service but the service can be better .. they also have a pizza outlet inside.. I think it’s domnos.. quick returns .. avoid going for returns in peak hours or weekends .. parking is good . Fantastic location right on rt 1..”

Other targets do not do this so therefore the management decisions here are not in the best interest of the customer. Recommend to use a different store in the area.”

”Sad! Our cashier did everything he could to provide the worst service I've had at a store. We entered Target laughing and cheerful with the idea of getting a birthday gift for my son, a few small Christmas gifts and for my teenage son to spend his hard earned money from chores. We left feeling outraged, angry, disappointed and shamed! Approximately 6:15-6:30pm Friday 12/09/23 @register 2 we were offered the decision to never shop at Target again. We have accepted the offer and will let family and friends know about our experience so they can join us. Our cashier snatched, yelled and demanded things from me, my son and my daughter as we rang out spending over $300.00. He treated us as if we were stealing or cheating Target out of something. My family has never taken anything from anyone or any store ever! We all work and enjoy shopping. Never have I experienced anything like this before. I have to say as an African American woman I see and hear about experiences similar to ours and think it is just a situation taken out of context or it really is not in my area. Tonight I believe my experience was just that. There was no issue with the couple ahead of us nor behind us as I noticed when leaving. I was so distraught by the experience I asked for a manager. I never have done that before but someone needed to know about this experience to correct it. That decision turned out to be an even worst idea as no manager ever came. I was told "the manager was too busy at self checkout to come up!" The helpful kind young lady who delivered that news to me was so apologetic and sweet. The only bright and positive experience as I exited the store in shock and anger. Writing this review may not land anywhere but my little circle but at least my little circle will know Target is not for us! Our dollars will matter at other retail establishments that at least say "hello" before they begin to treat you like a criminal and a nobody.”

I understand holiday shopping is already hectic but it's so packed and there's not enough workers to bring out items. Also the store selection is okay, on a good day staff is helpful and kind. ”After visiting Home Depot, Lowe's and a number of other appliance stores we ended up at Reno's Appliance. The difference in service quality, product knowledge and professional installation is tremendous. The employees are professional appliance salespeople, rather than people who happen to work in the appliance department of a large store. They're friendly and eager to help regardless of what your budget is. They treated our purchase of a single refrigerator no differently than what we witnessed with customers who were looking for a whole kitchen. The prices were cheaper than both Home Depot and PC Richards. Also, because the store is located in an Urban Enterprise Zone the sales tax is 50% less than you made your purchase anywhere else in the state. Finally, their installers are all Reno's employees, and they really know their stuff. They were on time, very careful with the appliance and our house, and were just a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Reno's Appliance highly enough.”
