“I went in for the worst toothache of my life. After a weekend of suffering the office got me in as early as possible on a Monday (November 6, 2023) and although I had to wait they made sure I was comfortable and seen. First the regular dentist Dr. Patel (she is amazing) found the problem a rear loose tooth that appeared infected, spoke to the oral surgeon who was on site and recommended two options. One was a cleaning as my gums are getting old and worn but noted this would be a meticulous routine of cleaning that could go on for a while and may not be the solution I need. The second option was pull the tooth and call it a day. I opted for that as it is the furthest bottom back tooth. So after a small wait they did just that. Dr. Elisa Bland (also amazing) came in, explained what was going on, shot me up, eased my massive anxiety (her staff & nurses are also a team of amazing women) and numbed my mouth. Then I swear in less than a minute pulled that tooth out. No pain at all, at least not then. They gave me my prescriptions, explained my post-op (several times as I was in a daze), gave me written directions also as I was so out of it and sent me on my way. Two days in & my swelling is so bad, moving around my face and quite honestly scaring me, I emailed Dr. Bland which was given to me in the written instructions. I explained what was happening and my fears and within an hour she responded herself from her iPhone. She definitely put my mind at ease and explained my infection was so bad & that this was normal. She also offered to see me if I needed that to ease my mind. I decided to be a big girl and ride it out a few more days, it is only what they consider day two. I highly recommend the entire Team at Encore. Most people are not thrilled to go to the dentist and they make it way easier even for adults who are in pain and scared of the unknows. ”We decided to come here for a family breakfast after a hard weekend. When we entered the staff were all super friendly and included a high chair for our 10 month old. They also provided a coloring sheet and crayons for him to play with. We began with her getting the campfire coffee and I got the blended smoothie plus avocado toast to share. The smoothie was a great blend of fresh fruits where no one fruit overtook the others. The toast was a nice thick piece of toast with avocado and slices of tomatoes with seasonings on it. I ordered the shrimp omelet with mushrooms. What I did not expect was the shrimp to be cocktail shrimp sized. They were large, juicy, and very very fresh. They were worked into the omelet perfectly where the cheese and other meats melted together. The waiter was extremely friendly making sure we and our son were all good on a consistent basis. The only complaint I would have is the men's bathroom had 1 stall and 1 urinal. During a slow period this won't be too much of an issue but I could see it becoming a problem during a rush. That and there was no paper towels only the air dryer. I know this is for environmental reasons but just wanted to state this. Overall it was a fantastic time and food was amazing. I would definitely come back here again.”

You then are given the time to think through which options you'll get and will be advised to call the office for confirmation. Krista made this so easy because she added another payment option that works for me! From there, appointments will be booked and then documents will get e-signed. No need for you to swing by the clinic! Clinic is spacious and utterly clean, with free refreshments, a brushing station, and a waiting area with plenty of seats for you to make yourselves comfortable. Of course the people wraps up the whole pleasant experience with their friendly service and they really listen to you.
