“My friends and I stayed in the yurt “kinda” camping site over the weekend, and the whole experience was fantastic. I am a frequent camper, and have stayed at camp sites from Lake George to West Virginia… The Great Divide is by far the nicest place I have stayed. The yurt site was incredibly clean, well maintained, and surprisingly spacious. The pictures posted on the website in no way do it justice. The site was right across from the cleanest campground bathrooms I’ve ever seen. I lost count of how many times the staff came to clean them, but it was at least seven times throughout the day on Saturday. All of the staff was super friendly, and seemed to really enjoy working there. The owner was present, approachable, and was actively working alongside the staff, and never gave the “hey I’m the boss” type of vibe. The rules for quite time at 11, and fires out at midnight are reasonable, and understandable for a family campground. My friends and I did keep the fire going right up to the midnight cut off trying to enjoy all the time we could, but we were respectfully quiet, and no one gave us a hard time. AND THEN THERE’S THE ENTERTAINMENT!!!... The musical guests are why we came, and they did not disappoint. If you are in anyway a music fan this is the place. Friday night had a band until 10:30, and there were three bands booked to play all day Saturday. If you were hanging by the pool, fishing or Kayaking on the lake, playing the yard games they had set up, or just hanging out you had great live music the whole time. If you are concerned about the music being too loud at your campsite don’t be. The entertainment area is separated from the campsites by a hill that blocks almost all sound; so, if it’s not your thing it’s all good. Also, to mention it is not a crazy rowdy party, just the right amount of party that families with young children can enjoy too. Unfortunately, a storm knocked out power Saturday night to the campground, and most of the surrounding area, and the third band wasn’t able to play. The owner and staff did a great job mitigating the power outage by connecting the bathrooms, and shower houses to generator power making sure the site still had lighted bathrooms with warm running water. My ONLY complaint is that maybe this place is just too awesome… I have been trying to come here with my RV for two years, and they are always booked out. I did learn at the office that they start taking reservations a year in advance, and they fill up quick. I’m just going to have start planning for next year now. Over all just a great place to visit. “My family and I just returned home from a 6 night stay . This was our third year in a row staying here and all three of our experiences have been good ! The RV sites are all very good sizes and are easily accessible. During all three of our stays the campground has been pleasantly peaceful and quiet throughout the evening hours which we greatly appreciate . It’s a convenient short distance to both Cape May and Wildwood . The dog park is decent sized , fenced and very well shaded . Admittedly we don’t spend a whole lot of time at the campground during our trips and haven’t had the opportunity to take part in any of their offered activities ( although we have used the pool a few times ) we also don’t use the bathhouses / bathrooms etc so I can’t rate or give reviews of those things . In summary This campground suits our wants and needs for our annual beach trip very well and they do offer a Veteran discount which I always appreciate . We look forward to returning again”

“Nice campground and amenities. We only stayed one night but it’s obvious they are all about quality fun. For Labor Day weekend they had movies each night, food trucks and everyone was having a nice time. Our neighbors were friendly and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. There are a lot of rules but I appreciated them for not allowing flags with political or profane messages and quiet times, etc. Great location for trying our e-bikes on all the back roads and forest trails!”

”I had a really good time. I personally feel like it isnt worth it to do the cabins. They're pretty cramped and the sleeping amenities are worse than sleeping on the ground. They have an arcade that is definitely lacking but the gift shop is nice and the wildlife is happy. Its definitely a kid friendly place with multiple areas to adventure and explore. The loft mattresses had stains on them. So they definitely need to be replaced. I will say a big thing to consider before going is that when winds pick up, even just a little, you are going to have large nuts flying down at you like an automatic rifle. No joke. They can do some serious damage if you're not careful but you should be fine if you are. The area is nice and the staff was reasonable. The young woman in the front office was a cutie, and really helpful. I jad a good time over all. God bless you.”

”Cabins were great, really has all you need. I appreciate the little things like extra trash bags in the cans inside. Location was perfect for heading to wildwood or cape may. Pools are so nice, better then motels. Price is a really good deal for the area. Only took off one star for the bog stench, bathrooms could be better maintained, I wish the office had longer hours during the week and that futon is so uncomfortable.”
