We were able to gather in the beautiful community spaces in the lobby (which also included a bar) as well as outdoors. There is a large parking lot with free parking. The rooms were well kept and spacious. They offer complimentary coffee in the morning as well as a $17 all you can eat breakfast. There are several options for vegetarian or dairy allergies. There is also a gym and pool on site for use.”

“Been on & off the island for years now. Have dined in here on multiple occasions, & very sad to say I get disappointed with each visit. First reason being, the menu doesn’t change, & despite being told they now have a new chef I really don’t see much difference. Second reason being, the food prices & quality, the food & dishes not only haven’t changed much at all over the years as previously mentioned, but the prices do not match the quality of what is on the menu. The drinks and atmosphere are the only thing that have kept me returning, although the drinks are pricey, the quality reflects the value. If you live in the area & don’t just stop in once for a quick visit you’d see where my disappointment comes from. Hopefully management listens to some criticism and opens ears to me and other locals who’d agree.”

”Great Hilton Garden. The room was very clean and very spacious since we had a pack n play. Everything was modern. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Continental breakfast isn’t free even though there was a sign the night before sayogg n buffet was free. It was a little confusing. The beds were very comfortable. I liked how spacious the hallways were and the high ceilings.”

”I came for convenience for a work event. When booking no one said there would be no breakfast, I would have stayed somewhere else.They offer breakfast in some box and I’m Good on that, also couldn’t even find coffee that was “down the hall”. Ended up stopping at the diner to spend more money. Room was nice but there was a fire alarm that went off in the hall. Also trying to look for water when it says ice and vending machine, seems to only be ice. I don’t know, I wasn’t overly thrilled. Women at the desk were friendly. I have to come back in a few weeks but will be staying elsewhere.”

”This was our first time staying in a bed & breakfast. We came in town for a concert at Ocean Casino. It is only 15 minutes away. We checked in at 2pm. The owner was here and gave us a map of the town and offered suggestions for dinner. We stayed in the Railroad room, which is in a separate building. We were the only ones in the building, and it was very quiet. We didn't get back from the concert until after midnight, and the grounds were still. In the morning, we had an amazing breakfast made by the nicest Irish lady. She offered oatmeal or yogurt parfait to start. Both were delicious. We were then served an omelet and waffle. Both were very good. I'm stuffed! Our room was lovely and much bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable and the soaking tub was perfect after the concert. We slept great. There is coffee in your room, but it has powdered milk. There are creamers offered in the dining room. At breakfast there is half and half available. They also have water and small snacks available in the lobby. My husband was not interested in staying at a bnb, but this has changed his opinion.”

”My husband and I finally had a little getaway without kids in a very long time, and have stayed at other motels in the area but none can compare to the cleanliness and service we received at Armada by the Sea. We checked in on a Friday before the 3pm check in and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready. Our room was so cute and had a private ocean view. We loved the heated pool and the multiple sun decks. I believe we have found the best vacation spot and will be back. Thank you to the staff and owners for making our vacation so enjoyable!! 😎🌴🐠”

”This hotel is the most perfect and adorable place I have stayed all summer. From the cute sitting area and lobby to the beautiful view of the ocean from our bedroom. But what truly blew me out of the water was Teresa at the front desk! She was the most kind, caring, and adorable woman. She made me feel right at home.. she gave us a quick tour of the downstairs offered recommendations for bars and even looked up what bands were playing for my boyfriend and I to see. ”I didn’t even stay here and now I have a reason why I would never give them my money. I was on the beach and the beaches bathrooms are closed because of the off season. I went to this local hotel, and asked extremely politely if there was any way that could use the bathroom because I had a cut on my hand that was bleeding. The woman was NOT polite, turned me away and said no to go somewhere else on Main Street and use their bathroom. I don’t understand what benefits a business by not letting someone use their bathroom? I understand maybe it’s just for paying customers but I didn’t even have the opportunity to purchase an item or anything because I wasn’t allowed inside. Overall I just don’t understand how a business would even benefit from denying someone to use their restroom. Would never support an owner like that.”

”The rooms had a smell of mold which we found out was do to the furniture, the dresser was full of mold, we couldn’t put our clothes in it. The nightstand also reeked of mold. The bathroom had no ventilation so you can only imagine how that smelled. They charge guests for the beach passes! They charge 1/2 price but we shouldn’t have been charged at all. WE will definitely NOT be back!”
