“We stayed here for Thanksgiving and the 2 room, 1 bedroom suite was way too small for three people. Luckily we were able to upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite. I would highly recommend this for groups of 3 or more. Daniel was absolutely amazing and so wonderful helping us with the upgrade. He arranged for our luggage to be moved to the new room. He even waited around until we returned later in the day to make sure that we got our keys and the everything was sorted. We were all so impressed with his customer service. All in all the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Definitely a stand out team!”

”One of the best hotels near NYC! The location is perfect since it is right in front of the bus stop and 10 mind away from another bus stop during weekends where the one in front of the hotel is not available. The room was clean!!!! Safe area and the staff were wonderful. The biggest thing as well is it has a full kitchen (sink, stove top, and big fridge). The staff was also super accommodating for me because I had to leave two days before the end of my reservation. They took care of it for me and got me checked out early with reimbursement. 10/10.”

The room itself was quite nice, however shortly after checking in some other guests started screaming directly outside my door, the outlets closest to the bed didn't work, the bathroom door didn't close without some serious work, there was a hair on the shower wall and the shower door couldn't stay closed. On the second day there was a mass influx of guests, who were loud and obnoxious particularly in the room above mine. The floors are VERY thin so I could hear everything going on, and the ceiling sounded like it was straining. This hotel is very convenient, but I don't think I'll be staying here again.”

The rooms are logically arranged and appointed, the smallish common area is inviting, and the fitness center (which as far as I can tell is never used) is perfectly fine for a smaller hotel. The attached restaurant is good (not cheap) and has a great bar. The included breakfast is about what you would expect. Eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurts, waffles, etc. Good coffee, too.”
