“Family and I had a great experience. Ran into a little issue with breakfast but it was fixed immediately! The gym was nice. The staff were beyond kind and helpful whenever any inconvenience came up. The hotel is located in the middle of multiple cities and attractions, the traffic tends to get a little crazy. Makes it hard to get into and out of the hotel entry/exit way. If you are going too fast, you may miss the entrance of the hotel. You do have to pay for parking, but it is surprisingly cheap compared to the other hotels in the area. I will definitely book again if I ever travel back to this area of New Jersey.”

“We stayed in one of the newly renovated beach front suites on the second floor. Spacious deck with full view of the ocean, nicely decorated and high end finishes. It was one of the best rooms we've rented in over 25 years of the Jersey shore. Can't wait to go back in the summer. Access to pool and the Rusty nail with it's outdoor beach and fire pits make it feel like a resort.”

“We stayed here for Thanksgiving and the 2 room, 1 bedroom suite was way too small for three people. Luckily we were able to upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite. I would highly recommend this for groups of 3 or more. Daniel was absolutely amazing and so wonderful helping us with the upgrade. He arranged for our luggage to be moved to the new room. He even waited around until we returned later in the day to make sure that we got our keys and the everything was sorted. We were all so impressed with his customer service. All in all the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Definitely a stand out team!”

“Stunning. Felt like a movie star every time I interacted with staff. I was in a friend's wedding here and the event staff, Donna and Petra especially, were exceptional. Every detail was taken care of and they kept a level head and rolled with the punches. One bartender in particular, Joey, was truly awesome. He was funny and witty, and really paid attention to the guests. It looked like he was having fun the whole time and he had a positive attitude that was contagious! The surf and turf dinner was absolutely delicious. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and in the winter the price for a king studio suite was unbeatable. No standard rooms here, suites only. Price goes up in the summer months but that is to be expected. Stunning, modern, luxurious. I would come here again and again if I could. Thanks for being awesome and giving my friend the wedding of her dreams!”

The curtain had a large brown stain on it. The room was otherwise clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The bug spray odor was again present in the elevator at checkout.”

”Excellent hotel for a large family. We are a family of 5, so staying in a hotel is a challenge usually due to a lack of sleeping accommodations. However, at the Hyatt Place they have rooms with a sleeper sofa, attached love seat and two double beds, with a kitchenette, desk and full bathroom. Perfect accommodation for our family. We also brought our two Cavapoo dogs (around 20-25 lbs each) and paid a $75 pet fee. This hotel offers a Free Breakfast that is like no other hotel we’ve ever been to. It was a full breakfast, hot and fresh, and amazing coffee to accompany it. This saved us around $40 every morning by not having to pay for breakfast for our large family. We will definitely be back!”

”Everything went well on this, my first stay ever at this hotel. Was allowed to check in two hours early since my room was ready. Since I walked everywhere, parking wasn't an issue as I had a prime spot for when I arrived. Room was clean, individual AC that one could make as cold as possible which I enjoyed, and lobby was locked at 10 PM for security reasons. Since it was a brief stay, I did not have housekeeping. The jacuzzi was not working (seems that it's a former amenity at this point as I've been reading that for over a year now) and there was only one bar of soap in the bathroom that I had to move back and forth between the sink and the shower. There were three bottles of liquid in the shower, but two of them were shampoos and one was conditioner. I wish one of the two shampoos could have been a body wash, my one suggestion for improvement. I had no issues with noise and rates were reasonable. I'd stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Rowan University.”

”I have been staying at this particular Marriott for some time now. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable and a nice living room set up. Most of all that makes the experience the best I have experienced, is the staff. They are always there to attend to your needs and help you in anyway possible. Sam in particular is probably the most friendly people I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. She always has a smile that will light up the room when you walk in and take the stressors of the day away. Just wanted to make sure I gave an incredible staff member the recognition they deserve. I highly recommend this hotel.”

”My family and I just returned home from a 6 night stay . This was our third year in a row staying here and all three of our experiences have been good ! The RV sites are all very good sizes and are easily accessible. During all three of our stays the campground has been pleasantly peaceful and quiet throughout the evening hours which we greatly appreciate . It’s a convenient short distance to both Cape May and Wildwood . The dog park is decent sized , fenced and very well shaded . Admittedly we don’t spend a whole lot of time at the campground during our trips and haven’t had the opportunity to take part in any of their offered activities ( although we have used the pool a few times ) we also don’t use the bathhouses / bathrooms etc so I can’t rate or give reviews of those things . In summary This campground suits our wants and needs for our annual beach trip very well and they do offer a Veteran discount which I always appreciate . We look forward to returning again”

”I came for convenience for a work event. When booking no one said there would be no breakfast, I would have stayed somewhere else.They offer breakfast in some box and I’m Good on that, also couldn’t even find coffee that was “down the hall”. Ended up stopping at the diner to spend more money. Room was nice but there was a fire alarm that went off in the hall. Also trying to look for water when it says ice and vending machine, seems to only be ice. I don’t know, I wasn’t overly thrilled. Women at the desk were friendly. I have to come back in a few weeks but will be staying elsewhere.”

”Exceptionally clean and wonderful service. We stayed for two nights and in between dishes were cleaned, sheets and beds were made, and towels were replenished without even us asking. Added bonus, we arrived early and our rooms were ready. Liz, who checked us in, was extremely friendly and informative. This is the perfect place for families with children too. My family and I felt safe, welcomed and well cared for during our short stay. We'll definitely be back!”

”We booked a pool view room during our vacation Labor day week and were given a parking lot view . The representative at the desk was clueless about Hospitality talent because we had to point out to her many things they got wrong about our stay . Her only response was "OH WELL THAT'S ALL WE HAVE/ CAN DO" . THEIR RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. No notice about that when we booked. The same unhelpful front desk person also told us they were changing the time the pool closed which was an hour earlier than times posted . The next day when I spoke with management they said that was never a rule and it was the first time they had heard of this. It's to bad this one person made our stay unpleasant because the rooms are newly appointed, thought the shower stall is very cramped. The pool is salt water which is lovely . Posting this as both my husband and I work in the Hospitality business just points out how staff is so integral to the quality of your very hard earned vacation time. Management take notice!”

”Stayed here with my girls for a softball tournament nearby, will return for sure. Clean rooms and you feel safe at this location. Parents from other teams even had a little tailgate gathering in the parking lot. They are renovating the lobby but still provide hot breakfast on the 2nd floor. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Will be back for sure.”
