“My overall experience here at the Hampton Inn was great. This was the first Hampton I've been to that had an actual bar with non hotel bar prices. I did get two beverages, and they were very good. That room was clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. The hospitality I received while there was top tier. No matter who was at the front desk, we were greeted the same, and I was able to talk to both lady's that worked there. I will be back and thank you for the experience.”

“Great experience. We did have an issue with our digital key not loading on the app, but the front desk was able to quickly get us keys and send us on our way. The hotel is easily accessible and in a seemingly safe area. The room was well maintained and clean. We were on the top floor and heard no outside noise from the hallway or adjoining rooms. The pool and breakfast areas were also well kept and the breakfast room had ample seating. Breakfast was the typical Hampton fare, but I was happy to find individual bottles of milk in the cooler with the yogurt.”

And they had a breakout of Legionaires Disease that prompted a letter to me following my stay to inform me. Close to the airport? Yes. Recommended? Heck no.”

”Our Chimney Hill two night escape-from-New York was perfect! Great accommodations in one of the barn units, loved the hot tubs , real sauna, and finally got a chance to do a cold plunge. The grounds are very nice, and can’t wait to come back when the trees are in full bloom. The owners and staff are on it, and really care about their visitors to have a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. ”This was our first time staying in a bed & breakfast. We came in town for a concert at Ocean Casino. It is only 15 minutes away. We checked in at 2pm. The owner was here and gave us a map of the town and offered suggestions for dinner. We stayed in the Railroad room, which is in a separate building. We were the only ones in the building, and it was very quiet. We didn't get back from the concert until after midnight, and the grounds were still. In the morning, we had an amazing breakfast made by the nicest Irish lady. She offered oatmeal or yogurt parfait to start. Both were delicious. We were then served an omelet and waffle. Both were very good. I'm stuffed! Our room was lovely and much bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable and the soaking tub was perfect after the concert. We slept great. There is coffee in your room, but it has powdered milk. There are creamers offered in the dining room. At breakfast there is half and half available. They also have water and small snacks available in the lobby. My husband was not interested in staying at a bnb, but this has changed his opinion.”

”We booked a pool view room during our vacation Labor day week and were given a parking lot view . The representative at the desk was clueless about Hospitality talent because we had to point out to her many things they got wrong about our stay . Her only response was "OH WELL THAT'S ALL WE HAVE/ CAN DO" . THEIR RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. No notice about that when we booked. The same unhelpful front desk person also told us they were changing the time the pool closed which was an hour earlier than times posted . The next day when I spoke with management they said that was never a rule and it was the first time they had heard of this. It's to bad this one person made our stay unpleasant because the rooms are newly appointed, thought the shower stall is very cramped. The pool is salt water which is lovely . Posting this as both my husband and I work in the Hospitality business just points out how staff is so integral to the quality of your very hard earned vacation time. Management take notice!”

”Wow! What a nice hotel. Booked a room for an out of town friend. Went inside to check things out! How lovely! Inside there was a gorgeous Christmas tree lit up and a friendly receptionist happily waiting to answer my questions. Even checked out our friend’s room which was beautifully renovated, clean, and welcoming. Was so delighted to have our friend stay there. She was so happy with the accommodations and said she had the best sleep. Been driving by this hotel for years and never knew how quaint and charming it is.”

”The room was spacious for our family. The location was great. The housekeeping service was terrible. Had to ask for towels - toilet paper. Arrived on a Thursday and only had a half roll of toilet tissue for a four day stay and 6 people. Had to ask for a broom to sweep the sand off the floors. All housekeepers kept saying don't speak English. The roof top pool is very small - missing water - and not marked for the depth of the pool. The other two pools were nice. Beds were not that comfy. We asked for a late check out seeing we had to keep calling for different things that were suppose to be included in the stay. We were told no but that we could use the outside shower/restroom area and park in any of there parking lots. While enjoying the ocean and board walk for our last day we received a phone call that our cars needed to be moved ASAP. There is no communication between staff. When I arrived home I checked my bank statement to find that they charged another $100.00 to my account for theft of towels. Now I have to take the time to dispute this charge as when I called there was nothing they could do about it. All towels were handed in as we asked for more from the housekeeper who kept saying don't speak English. On top of that they stated that my grandchildren urinated in a non working toilet outside. Keep in mind my grandchildren are 5 & 7 - I think we would know what they did. We do not steal nor destruct others property. All in all I think the staff was upset because they were very busy and we had to keep asking for things that were to be included in our stay.”
