“Where do I even begin! This entire team are so incredible and we will be forever grateful for them taking such amazing care of our Maxie. Max was taken in Tuesday at 9am and within minutes I was made aware that he may be in a very serious position with his bladder. FLUTD is something I’d never heard of, and left with more than enough information to ensure I know how to look after our cat (and any future cats we may have). Dr Sarah was so kind and patient and calmly spoke me through the treatment plan for Max, and I was constantly given updates on his progress. The nurses, vets and reception staff were nothing short of impeccable with their level of care, communication and compassion. The moment I stepped into the clinic I could feel and knew that Max would be in the best care, and indeed he was with a great recovery and able to come home a few days later. The entire teams level of knowledge and ability to help explain each step of his recovery was amazing, and we appreciated that everyone at the clinic fell just as in love with our sweet boy as we are at home. So from our hearts we cannot thank everyone at Racecourse Road Vet Clinic for their truly incredible service, support and care. If Google would let me I would give you 100 stars! Record system is really good which means they have fantastic management.Even the reception or vet changed,you can still get your pets medical record from long ago. [This is remarkable !] Reminding system and customer following services is also good. Overall they are reliable. But I am not sure about any serious surgery,my pets didn’t experience this.”

“I would like to thank Dr Murray for all the genuine care, compassion, treatment and advice that he has given my little man and myself over the years, when Shinko my Papillion passed away suddenly but peacefully at home with me by his side, 2 months after his 16th birthday, 27/08/2023 i was so devastated and heart broken, i called Strathmore Vet and DR Murray called me back later that night and he was able to calm me down and explain that there was nothing more anyone could of done, it was just Shinko's time and it is sad that our babies don't live long enough... ever! DR Murray was not only an excellent Vet to Shinko but he also helped me with my grieving process Dr Murray is more than just a vet, he is not only great with animals but also their owners. I received and beautiful card, poems and some forget me not flowers with little bone shapes in them from DR Murry and the Strathmore staff. Thank's again. :-)”
