Picked it up and had it reinstalled the same day. All working again. Anyone who is familiar with this issue, will know that the dealers say cannot be repaired and a new fascia needs to be purchased. Interacting with a couple of salesmen, I experienced a palpable difference in their approach based on my perceived intent to purchase. It was disheartening to note that a genuine interest in exploring their offerings was met with a discernible lack of enthusiasm and engagement. Improving Customer Service: The cornerstone of any successful dealership is its ability to create a welcoming and informative atmosphere for potential buyers. In this regard, there is ample room for improvement at this Lexus Dealership. The staff should refrain from making premature judgments about a customer's intent to purchase, as every visitor deserves to be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect. Creating a Pleasant Experience: Car purchasing should be a positive and enjoyable experience for all parties involved. However, the pressure to expedite the signing of a contract was apparent during my visit, which detracted from the overall experience. “Extremely disappointed at my experience with Jefferson Hyundai. I've been a customer since 2020 and since then the service has completely deteriorated. This year Jefferson Hyundai lost my log book (including car instructions and entire vehicle repair history) and damaged the underside of my vehicle. When I brought in the car to follow up they immediately responded by gaslighting me. See photo of damage attached. If you're taking your car to service here and your log book is declared "not there" at the time of car collection, they will not call you to investigate why is it isn't with the car to give you the opportunity to present it. They will not tell you that it was not there when you collect your vehicle. If you follow up with a concern that it has gone missing after service will not search their workshop for your misplaced book or follow up with the staff that worked on your car or other similar vehicles that they serviced that day to try to find it. They also had a great time attempting to convince me that I was "blackmailing them" when I explained that I would write a google review of my recent experience as a consequence of what had occurred. As a small gesture, they are replacing the lost log book and rewriting the entries when I have brought the car to their service however they cannot replace the gross devaluation of my vehicle with the entire loss of my service history. They would not repair the damage to the underside of the car. When you take your car for service you are entrusting that the work will be completed, that you car and log book will be cared for and you'll be informed of any issues and get the opportunity to resolve. Jefferson Hyundai does not deliver.”

“I purchased a 2015 Nissan X-trail T32 through this dealership back in November 2022 and had nothing but problems with the car and still am . Dealing with the staff from this dealership all I can say is incompetent and just greedy to make a sale. I had it for 2 days before the patch up job their mechanic workshop had tried to cover up where the front of the right hand side of the car had been siliconed to keep it holding together and then when it started to peal and I contacted Knox they then told me it had been involved in a minor accident with the previous owner which was never disclosed to me when I was looking at the car and I had asked that question . So then it had to be sent to an actual panel shop to be fixed correctly and I didn’t have my car again for 2 weeks. Then after getting it back for 3 weeks in December all of the hazard dash lights kept coming up along with the engine light and a flashing of ‘system failure’ , my cruise control stopped working and I couldn’t drive my car . I then contacted Knox again where they weren’t easy to deal with at all and I had to send it to Nissan to be looked at correctly and then to be told by Nissan that the Transmission had to be replaced mind you this all happened after I had only gotten the car on the 24th of November . When speaking to the manager at Knox dealership he asked me on the phone what I wanted to do regarding the car in his words “ get it fixed or get a different car from them at the same value “ I then responded no your team should of looked over and serviced the car properly before I picked it up “ . Nissan then had to send my car is a specialised transmission shop where they re conditioned it , once again didn’t have my car again until after January even though these were all still covered under warranty I can say I will NEVER go through Knox again !! My own mechanic found multiple problems that were avoided or just a failure on Knox’s mechanics behalf that weren’t looked at before me picking the car up , for example the car has an auto on / off setting and they didn’t even have the right battery in the car . when purchasing this car as I felt like they had taken advantage of me being a female and I have spent up to thousands of dollars since fixing problems after problems on this car.”
