“when you walk in the door you are instantly greeted by Italian servers. the atmosphere was lovely, cosy and ambient. it would be perfect for a date. the food was quite good. for the price the servings were reasonable. the highlight was the pizza, as all the cured meats on it tasted rich and delicious. the only thing i would say is that the food sat on the counter for quite a while, and when it reached us it was not that hot. the pesto was very rich, a little bitter but it was quite nice. the carbonara was cheesy and creamy. overall it was a lovely experience and the kind service made it all the more better.”

There were other various dishes which looked fab. Highly recommend as you can go for a drive if you’re coming from Melbourne and it’s easy to find. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Delicious Pasta the fettuccine creamy carbonara is a hit with the family and Scrumptious Pizza with thick topping with plenty of ingredients without fail and who doesnt love a pizza/pasta perfect to eat for another meal the next day if any leftovers. Quick pick up. Sometimes lenthy delivery times. Very popular i have family that visited and still years later talk about the best pizza they ever had and it was La Lupas. Cozy and cute small shop with kitchen in view. They keep it warm for your trip home with foil. No dining area inside but a small bench to wait on out of the weather. Can be super busy at times so not always room to move about. Yum love this place always come back cant go wrong if you love thick topping and food made with thought.”

“Went for an impromptu dinner with our son who just completed last day of yr12 today. We ordered a couple of pizzas and cheesy garlic bread. The food was good but the customer service was the stand out. Cheesy garlic bread was crunchy on the outside but still soft inside with nicely melted cheese on top. I really like the pizza dough here and there is a large selection of pizza toppings along with other items (pasta, entrees, etc) on the menu to choose from. The waitress was very attentive, friendly and professional. They even noticed my son wearing his yr12 jumper and gave us a serving of chips as a congratulatory gift and to wish him luck for exams! A local business that offers decent food and pays attention to their customers deserves a shout out!”

“Picked up our pizzas about 15 minutes after ordering on a Friday night driving into Lorne. Was great to see the food being handmade through the window and the service was great. We had already eaten half the pizzas before taking a photo as the looked so good. My only complaint would be that they are definitely on the small size for the price, but that’s to be expected given the area. Will be coming back here in the summer for sure!”

I had a bite of my friend's chicken risotto though and that was wow good, the flavour really tingled my senses -- first time a risotto ever did that for me. They let us pay separately which was good. I just didn't like how the waitress took my friend's plate while I was still eating her chips, the vibe was kinda high-nosed/supercilious so I didn't wanna say anything, but normally they should ask before taking it (albeit it was quite busy and I'm guessing they kinda wanted to rush us out without actually rushing us out).”
