“My doctor has always been amazing and provided excellent service. Unfortunately the reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They demand immediate payment for online appointments however their invoices states the payment is due within 30 days. I have received a phone call every day for 7 days. If payment is required on the day the invoices need to state that clearly. One receptionist was extremely patronising and demanded I get my credit card to pay via phone even though I was on strict bed rest from medical complications. She didn’t understand how my wallet couldn't be next to me at all times. Given the nature of a doctors surgery, you would expect that they would have better systems in place so they aren’t demanding payments 30 seconds after you’ve just received horrible news. I understand patient confidentiality but there are many different ways you could get around that. I have already discussed these concerns however it appears nothing has changed. I know it’s a busy clinic, but a bit of kindness goes a long way. We would like to feel like patients not cash cows for profit. I hope my doctor moves clinic so I never have to deal with reception staff again.”

While we were picking glasses, Tim, who was helping us, managed to pull apart and screw together his two broken pairs of glasses to make us a pair to get us through the 2 week wait for the new ones to arrive. “I wish I could give him 0 stars. He doesn't really understand your illness properly and starts series of treatments which makes no sense and you will keep on visiting him every 3-4 weeks. If you see any other doctor after seeing Dr Naveed Mughal he gets angry and not really wants to check you properly as if you're his customer and you should not go to any other practitioner. I really doubt his expertise in medical as I personally didn't get cure of my illness. Not Recommended. Not Recommended”
