“I purchased a 2015 Nissan X-trail T32 through this dealership back in November 2022 and had nothing but problems with the car and still am . Dealing with the staff from this dealership all I can say is incompetent and just greedy to make a sale. I had it for 2 days before the patch up job their mechanic workshop had tried to cover up where the front of the right hand side of the car had been siliconed to keep it holding together and then when it started to peal and I contacted Knox they then told me it had been involved in a minor accident with the previous owner which was never disclosed to me when I was looking at the car and I had asked that question . So then it had to be sent to an actual panel shop to be fixed correctly and I didn’t have my car again for 2 weeks. Then after getting it back for 3 weeks in December all of the hazard dash lights kept coming up along with the engine light and a flashing of ‘system failure’ , my cruise control stopped working and I couldn’t drive my car . I then contacted Knox again where they weren’t easy to deal with at all and I had to send it to Nissan to be looked at correctly and then to be told by Nissan that the Transmission had to be replaced mind you this all happened after I had only gotten the car on the 24th of November . When speaking to the manager at Knox dealership he asked me on the phone what I wanted to do regarding the car in his words “ get it fixed or get a different car from them at the same value “ I then responded no your team should of looked over and serviced the car properly before I picked it up “ . Nissan then had to send my car is a specialised transmission shop where they re conditioned it , once again didn’t have my car again until after January even though these were all still covered under warranty I can say I will NEVER go through Knox again !! My own mechanic found multiple problems that were avoided or just a failure on Knox’s mechanics behalf that weren’t looked at before me picking the car up , for example the car has an auto on / off setting and they didn’t even have the right battery in the car . when purchasing this car as I felt like they had taken advantage of me being a female and I have spent up to thousands of dollars since fixing problems after problems on this car.”

He really took the time to help my daughter through her nerves around the helmet and made it an enjoyable experience that she could understand and handle. We walked out of there with everything we needed plus some extras that I didn’t even think about but Adrian let us know the importance of each item we walked away with. Honestly if you have nervous children who struggle with new things I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store and specifically Adrian. He got on the floor to help her with her helmet, he fit her boots and moved them around to make 100% sure they fit correctly and that her foot wouldn’t slide around causing blister's, made sure her top would fit over her body armour, she had goggles so she didn’t get dirt in her eyes and that her gloves would be tight enough she wouldn’t be uncomfortable. He was a super star!!”
