“I brought my animal in for a same day visit. The staff did not tell me there was an additional $100 fee for a same day visit, they just rang me up and didn’t give me a detailed invoice. I have been taking my animals here for 15 years, since they changed ownership the prices are way too high and the staff doesn’t really seem to care about much. Time for a new vet I guess.”

“Initial visit for my wife's dog. The establishment is easy to find, plenty of parking, clean and well organized. The techs were knowledgeable and efficient. We were seen on time based on our appointment. Dr Erickson was knowledgeable, listened to all our concerns and took what time was needed to make sure we understood everything she was saying and answered all our questions. We received timely follow-up for lab reports by e-mail, which also explained the results with any follow-up instructions. Excellent place and care.”

“Only positive experiences here! I first brought my cat to East Padden for an urgent care appointment when my regular vet couldn’t fit me in, and I’ve never left! I started bringing all of my pets here. Their pricing is fair, their vets are fantastic, and all the staff is so nice, they obviously really love our animals. I just had my dog in for his neuter yesterday, and they were so thorough with his care, they even looked at one of his ears that he had been scratching frequently and diagnosed him with an ear infection. He came home with his ear treated, with all the appropriate medication, and a microchip for a very reasonable cost because they offer a great puppy package. Don’t hesitate to bring your pets here, they will be in good hands!”

”May you never have to visit this place but should your pet fall ill, or something happens to them, we feel totally blessed SVRC was there for us. Our beautiful Ziggy (7-1/2yo) fell ill one morning, to the degree we knew something was seriously wrong. We raced to SVRC, having never been there before. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly greeted and well taken care of. The vet tech that received us, the doc we saw, were all clearly compassionate and helped us work through what was happening and the decisions that had to be made. Turns out Ziggy had a Hemangiosarcoma tumor on his heart and within a few hours he was gone. We are of course broken hearted but grateful for the staff and facility of SVRC. May you never have to go, but if you do, you’ll be in good hands.”

”I was recommended to Tahoma vet by 2 separate friends that had a less than desirable care routine/experience at another clinic we all were using in a neighboring town. I have 2 boxers that are aging but have been in great health. Aside from annual shots they haven't required frequent routine care. Now that they are aging and one with a suspected torn ccl- they recently needed vet care. I initially liked the idea of this vet clunic because they are a large animal clinic that made me feel like there would be a good network of knowledge and experience at a place like this. We were paired up with Dr Suzannah Strauss. I want to thank Dr Strauss for your knowledge and care for my girls. She helped me get 1 diagnosed with a ccl tear and is supportive with my decision to try medicines and a conservative management approach due to newly diagnoses heart murmur etc. I also very much appreciate her taking the time to recommend supplements and otc products (such as joint supplements, products to help with itching and dental care at home) that I can easily find online. Shortly after our check up, the other pup came down with what seemed like an upper respitory infection. Dr Strauss promptly called me back and got her set up with meds to help combat her cold. It was a low stress experience and shes all better now. I have anxiety for some professions such as vets, mechanics and car salesmen etc. Thank you Dr Strauss for your course of care, experience and recommendations. When I left my appt. I felt empowered and was helped with the concerns I had for my girls. I also had some additional tools to help my girls as they age.”

”TLDR: Waste of time and money. Enjoy pics of my baby MJ ❤️ I really wish I could've had a great experience like these other reviews show. Unfortunately, it was just bad for me. Maybe they were busy, which I get, but the communication was terrible. I took my cat baby there and requested that they trim her claws, give her vaccines, and bring me a copy of what they did so I could submit it to pet insurance. They also didn't tell me in advance that I couldn't go inside or that they were busy (they didn't appear busy when I was there, but I don't know). 4 hours later, the vet calls me to pick up my cat. She sounded rude, didn't introduce herself, and told me my cat could lose a few pounds but didn't suggest what or how much I should be feeding her. She also said my cat was "fine." I get there. They took another 30 minutes to bring her out to me with no paperwork outlining what they did with her and no copies that I requested. I had to book it to an appointment, so I didn't request the paperwork again while I was there. When I got home, I realized they didn't trim her claws either because she made some painful biscuits on my thigh. So my takeway is this. They took 4 and a half hours to give her her vaccines and told me she was fat. Nice. Recently, yesterday, I called to ask when I could pick up my cat's paperwork. The girl I spoke to said, "we're in the middle of an appointment, so what's a good callback number for you?" So I guess they're answering the phone during your pets' appointment.”

”1st year was great mostly, towards the end I thought I should cancel my PawPlan and didn't and it has been the worst. The staff has changed and it's poorly run, feels shady and money grabbing without getting anything of quality. My last session they ran 40min behind and my cat is scared of going to begin with, they then had new/inexperienced staff working with him, didn't let me come back and he wasn't treatable that day because of how anxious he got. I'm going to a vet 30min away instead that puts the patients and pets first, waste of time and money.”

”Could not have found a better place -- Lifesavers! My two girls needed a USDA certified vet to be able to come to Denmark -- and their current personal vet does not provide such a service. I found Lake Meridian Animal hospital and they saw my girls 8 days before the trip, finished all the paperwork, and I sent it off.
