“Stayed at the Heliotrope for 2 days from the Midwest for a work-trip and loved this cute renovated boutique motel. It is situated right in the center of 3 great neighborhood’s to explore with a great brewery and food trucks down the street. The room was extremely clean and it was great to have a fridge in the room with access to a microwave, coffee and tea in the hub. The staff was very polite and attentive to answer all my questions with recommendations to ensure I had a great trip. The fire pit, dog area, and the hub were such an added bonus. I can’t wait to visit and stay at the Heliotrope again!”

“The rooms are larger and the bed is extremely soft and comfortable. The location makes it very quiet and they have a few nice touches. They have a good breakfast including eggs, hash-browns, bacon and sausage. In the evening they have a happy hour for B/W diamond members which is a nice touch. Overall a very good stay.”

”We stayed here for an early flight out of sea tac and the room was a good price and very close to the airport. While we couldn't hear planes in the night, the interior walls were very thin and we could hear intimate details of what was going on in all the rooms around us. Who was talking, who was going to the bathroom, who was unlocking their door, etc. This would have been enough to keep me awake, but the heater was also incredibly loud in the room and the bed much too soft. Of note the room also had a very strong artificial floral smell. If you're a good, heavy sleeper, this is such a convenient place to go to the airport, but I did not find the space restful at all. I don't think this is the fault of anyone working there, just an unfortunate design.”

”We where there as a group baseball team playing games over night at the hub. They where very accommodating in getting our rooms on the same floor and giving us a late check out. The staff is Very friendly. The rooms where very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast is simple but well stocked. It is what most hotels offer. There front entrance had lots of room to gather and eat. They had items you could buy if you forgot anything. The only drawback was there pool heater was down at no fault of there's and they where fixing it. Thank you to all the staff for making it a comfortable stay.”

”Located at the end of the world, the place has seen better days. The pool was closed, which was disappointing. When they say gym, they mean some dumbbells and a treadmill, which is not up to standard. The breakfast was very sad, how can your bagels be this dry? They don’t seem fresh at all. The OJ was thin but at least the coffee was strong and there’s free coffee for everyone all morning long. The rooms are old and AC as well as fridge were too loud to sleep without earplugs. All in all, don’t stay here, there surely have to be better options.”

”We had such a great time staying at Best Western in Yakima. The hotel is perfectly clean, stuff is friendly, location is central. We loved that the hot tub and fitness was open 24/7 which is not very usual. We checked in pretty late and still got to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious, lot of options, awesome coffee. 5 stars from me!”

”Overall great stay at this place. Large, clean room with fridge and microwave and a desk. The only issue is how thin the walls are, you can hear door slamming all night and all the road noise outside. Amenities are also good. Breakfast was great with many choices. The pool is small and cold and that makes you wish there was a hot tub at least. Fitness center is well equipped. The rooftop lounge is awesome with a little bit of view of the lake. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

”My bf set up reservations at this place, check in and all was fine until we went to the room. At first everything seems to be good and “clean” until I was putting my baby to sleep and noticed a bug. I was tired that I didn’t really paid much attention to it, I thought maybe it’s just a spider no big deal(who doesn’t get visitors even at your own house). Then when I was moving the pillow I saw another one and looked pretty similar and that’s when I paid more attention and showed my bf and we noticed it was BIG bedbugs. We moved another area of the bed and yes, a third one was in there. I immediately went to the front desk in the mean time my bf was getting things ready to move and dressing the kid and after showing the picture to the woman at the front desk she said that those were not bed bugs those were different bugs and that pest control was supposed to be there a week ago but didn’t make it, then I asked what kind of bugs were those and she pretended to think and said “ aaa, don’t remember the name of the bug, but I know those are not bedbugs” we were furious because this woman things we don’t know ish and 2.-seems that she was aware of it. She also didn’t want to provide another key for us to be able to inspect the room and move our stuff until we returned the current keys mind that we had a half way asleep kid that had to be carried and bags and clothes on our hands. Just because we had already paid but never ever will be back and recommend customers to stay out of this infested place”
