“Renovated rooms on the outside are great! Inside, overseeing the courtyard and pool, rooms are older. Comfy beds, outdoor hot tub in the winter is great, restaurant onsite is descent, and the river walk is zen! Staff is always so great! Near 3 Margaritas restaurant - a must visit for authentic Mexican food. Movie theater close as well. Walkable.”

“During check-in, the front desk staff was great. We booked a room with 4 people, but only 3 sets of towels were provided. I had to request another bath towel. The pool was very cold and the jets in the hot tub were not functioning, a sign would've been helpful. When I told the front desk the jets weren't functioning, they knew and just confirmed what I said. No mention of repair or anything. I did notice there was equipment set up for those wheelchair-bound, so that's nice they are inclusive. Housekeeping came to tidy the room on our 3rd day, they don't come everyday and again left only 3 sets of towels. I had to request another towel. This seemed ridiculous at this point. But the staff member who brought it to the room was very nice and polite. We noticed there were used wine glasses in the hallway at a room a few doors down during our entire stay of 3 nights. I guess housekeeping doesn't pick up the dishes? The gym was nice and had adequate equipment for workouts. It was nice to have laundry on premises too. Due to low occupancy, the restaurant was closed, but that was fine because there are many restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. The staff is always cleaning the lobby, wiping down surface and mopping, which is much appreciated. The room was clean and tidy. I'm not sure I would stay there again. The bed was saggy and very bouncy and I could hear the person in room above us walking, which leads me to believe if the hotel had high occupancy, it would be noisy. I realize this review isn't very positive, but I do want to emphasize that all the staff interaction we had was great. They were all very nice and professional.”

”A hidden gem near busy Seattle airport. I booked this hotel because of it's convenient location to the airport during my business trip. I have had a great experience with front desk service ( thank you Andrew), breakfast service (Shelly, loved her smile and service during breakfast!), and house keeping staff. Their staff was attentive to my needs during my stay and friendly. The rooms are neat, modern, clean and fairly spacious. My only complaint is hearing the noise from a fire alarm early morning, and standing in my pajamas out in the cold, but at least it was resolved quickly by hotel staff.”

”I have stayed at this hotel more times than I can count (probably 20+ this year alone). The location is perfect for access to the airport and/or the freeway. The rooms are comfortable and clean and just what we need for our business trips. But I just cannot even find the perfect words to say how great the staff is! They always make you feel welcome and happy to see you. And I really like to return and see the same faces (no staff turnover here). Top notch customer service here.”

”I was warned by my work group after arriving that this was a sketchy part of town. That being said, I thought this was a pretty good hotel. The pool area was nice. Just a heads up that if you get a King Suite you are in for a room 3x bigger than other hotel rooms with a full kitchen. I was blown away at how big it was! Free breakfast and easy access to I-5. There is a lot of exterior noise, so this might not be a great hotel for light sleepers. Front desk was very helpful whenever I had a question or need. I had no problems with smash and grabs or getting my car stolen, hopefully it is a good place for you to stay as well. Access in and out can be tricky as well since the entrance is right in front of a street light.”

”Hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was absolutely stellar, pool wasn't as warm as I thought it would be, but def not cold and thankfully inside as well as the jacuzzi which was phenomenal! Service was... okay. Not sure if the lady meant anything about it but I live in my car and when i checked in was asked if i have pets, which i answered no, which was promptly followed by a rather confident "Oh okay, it's just that i saw a dog." That was me but... I'll let it pass I suppose. Other than that service was okay aside from slight judging looks.”
