”I bought my truck here in January of 2022. I came here after having problems with Vancouver Ford. When I got here they answered all my questions and never pressured me into anything. They gave me more info on everything I asked for and took my old 2017 sonata for a sweet trade in. My fiance bought her bronco from Vancouver and had nothing but issues when getting recalls and repairs done. The last straw was when the seat belt restraint system malfunctioned and Vancouver said they could only wipe the code, which fixed nothing. I told her to take the car with the warranty to westlie after that. When she called they ordered the parts and had it all fixed within an hour. I am writing this because today I went in for a fluids change in my truck where they found a leak in my rear pinion seal of my differential. I worked with Brandon who was super informative and definitely was knowledgeable in what he told me. After I left I remembered I had a warranty and called him back to see if it was covered. He said he would have to call during the work week and would have an answer to me when he returned to work Tuesday. I felt happy with how nice and easy he was to work with. After I hung up I remembered another issue with my door latch freezing and called him back. I expected after another call he would be annoyed by me but he just laughed with me and made sure to add that to the list and said to not hesitate to call if I remembered anything else. I have always felt at westlie we are treated well compared to every other dealership I have viewed it bought from. I highly suggest anyone looking for a new or used car at least try out westlie for their great atmosphere, impressive effort for the customer, and their overall amazing team. ”I would take your business elsewhere! I've had to many negative experiences here. My truck is in that shop constantly and for the same issues over and over. Each time they need to keep my truck for days/weeks, which I need the truck for work and is a big inconvenience. This last time was the final straw. Brought my truck in for a couple of different issues one of which is a motor ticking noise which has been repaired about 6 different times in the last two years. Also had a drivability issue with the truck pulling me back and forth as I accelerate and decelerate. After two weeks and $1300 later, my advisor went down the list of what was done including an alignment which I was charged for. I drive the truck a few miles down the street and it's still behaving the same as what I brought it in for, so I turn around and go right back to the service department where I told my advisor that the issue was not resolved. He had the tech come out to talk about it and the tech stated that it needed an alignment as it was badly out of alignment when they had it in the shop. I look over at the advisor who had just charged me for a alignment that was supposedly done to get told they must have forgot to send it off for the alignment. I've wrenched on cars for many years and have a bit of automotive knowledge and told them that the issue I was feeling didn't feel like just alignment issue, felt like it was an issue in the rear end. They got it in for an alignment and called me back that afternoon indicating everything was all good to go and was ready for pickup. I came in the next morning to get the truck. The alignment specs were there which showed the alignment wasn't that far off. Drove off the lot and same issue still there. At this point I'm done and also need my truck back. I go to les schwab who in the same day I got it back from the dealer were able to diagnose and repair it correctly. Another $1400 bill but am back on the road again. Would have been nice to spend just that $1400 and only a day in the shop from the beginning. I won't even go into the other past experiences along with my wife's past experiences with the service department. I'm a pretty easygoing person and have given multiple chances which I know is on me but after being charged for things that weren't done and charged for repair that didn't fix my issue I brought it in for I've gotta take my business elsewhere.”

”After being informed that I had a family member, a cousin named Eryn, who manages Bud Clary’s Ford/Honda dealership, I was excited at the prospect of actually being “taken care of”, instead of taken for a ride. I made the assumption, or the leap, that family takes care of family. But this was not the case. After arriving at the dealership, I was introduced to my wife’s cousin. After some pleasantries, he excused himself and he handed us off to some salesman named Christian, who is polite and relatively well informed. This is while we are waiting to be handed off to another sales person, (who we were to meet initially), who is going to actually complete our transaction. Tanya Roll was the one who genuinely took care of us. She was exceedingly pleasant, patient, and kind. She engagingly spoke and answered every question, and if she wasn’t sure, she got someone to answer my questions that had the knowledge while learning more about the products herself. My thoughts/or assumptions were that as a “member of the family”, I would have, (at the very least), received some discount off of the sticker price of the car for being related. NOPE. I paid full sticker for the car, but was offered some sort of discount on an extended warranty. I don’t feel that I was treated any better for having been related to the manager of the dealership. The sales people, as expected, were pleasant and helpful, but a car purchase is a large purchase, and ANY savings made would have benefited me and my family in the long run. I’ve made purchases before from people that I didn’t know, and often facilitated a rather pleasant discount from the sticker price before making an actual purchase. I receive no such accommodations from an actual family member/representative of said family member. I like the car and love the people that helped me and finalized the purchase, Tanya, Louie, Christian, etc…but I won’t be shopping from Eryn, or this dealership, again. My 5 star rating is for TANYA, Louie, and Christian ONLY! I rate the dealership a 2 or 3 because of limited availability of cars, and displeasure over how family treated me and my wife. The people who actually DID the work were AWESOME!!! If you go, ask for one of the 3, *Tanya*, Christian, or Louie. They WILL TAKE CARE of you!”

That was our first van (and time camping) and we enjoyed it immensely. We bought right before Covid struck and camped all over the PNW. Johnson RV had the new 2024 model and was one of a few dealers anywhere in the country to bring it to their showroom. We were drawn to the Turismo for it's quality fit and finish and Grech's great reputation for customer service.
