“This hotel is quite new and in very nice condition. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that the blinds in the window are designed so that they can't be closed, which seemed very weird to me since I like it very dark when I sleep. Our room was on the back side of the hotel (not facing Mill Plain), so there fortunately wasn't much city or traffic light to flood in the window at least. Our favorite part of the hotel was the pool! It's Very warm, which was a wonderful surprise - like, halfway between normal pool temperature and hot tub temperature 🙂 most hotel pools are too cold for me, but I was able to stay in this pool for well over an hour and felt comfortable the whole time. Oh! The breakfast was delicious, with lots of items to choose from, and was included in the price! We love those make-them-yourselves waffle makers, fresh hot waffles in the morning are a wonderful way to start the day 🙂”

“I found this property for a split-second decision to stay in Bellevue instead of Seattle (my go-to choice). I’m glad I made the right choice and stayed at this property. Firstly, the representative at the front, Shenese (hope I have the spelling and name right), was lovely and very accommodating. A warm smile after a long drive with kids is so appreciated. The room was super clean and the ideal size for a family of four. The hotel has ample complimentary parking, decent pool and a free breakfast! Oberall, was pleasantly surprised. I will make this my new Seattle spot, considering the the amazing service , ideal location and hotel amenities.”

I wanted a peaceful, quiet getaway from the city over the New Years weekend with my two pups and that’s what I got and more :) the owners were welcoming and friendly, check-in was easy, the little store open 24 hours was very convenient and wonderful to have, the dog run was a lot bigger than I had expected and my two dogs absolutely loved it, the views are incredible. You truly feel like you’re away from the fast paced every day life we all easily get caught up in. I loved being able to slow down for a change and be closer to nature and the water. ”We had such a wonderful time at the cabins! We were in the Mr. Adams cabin, which I would recommend to anyone looking to go to the Gorge! The attention to detail and cleanliness of the cabins and property is unlike anywhere else I have been! There are also chairs set up where you can star gaze and just enjoy the quietness and beauty of the area. And let me tell you about their delicious breakfast! Some of the best food of our trip! Don’t pass up on the sweet potato hash if they have it during your stay! We cannot thank the kind folks at the cabins for making our little getaway unforgettable. We cannot wait to go back!”

”We stayed here for an early flight out of sea tac and the room was a good price and very close to the airport. While we couldn't hear planes in the night, the interior walls were very thin and we could hear intimate details of what was going on in all the rooms around us. Who was talking, who was going to the bathroom, who was unlocking their door, etc. This would have been enough to keep me awake, but the heater was also incredibly loud in the room and the bed much too soft. Of note the room also had a very strong artificial floral smell. If you're a good, heavy sleeper, this is such a convenient place to go to the airport, but I did not find the space restful at all. I don't think this is the fault of anyone working there, just an unfortunate design.”

Grit at the bottom of the pool and chlorine content was too high. Free parking was nice. For a Hilton I expect higher standards, that's why I pay more to stay there.”

The property is stunning and serene, and within easy access to town and wineries. Anand and Naina have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The rooms are decked out with all the things that make the room a destination, in and of itself. Really. Check out their list of room amenities and then know they are all better than you're imagining. Room basics are great too. You can choose your own bedding preference (think hard, soft, just right), the shower pressure is phenomenal, and the bath products are the lovely, high-end artisan kind. Yes, please. Additionally, the rooms and common areas (think the "Barn") are exceedingly well maintained, and beautifully decorated. And, when it comes to starting the day off right, Naina has you covered with globally inspired breakfasts that are satisfying, delicious and kindly take into account any dietary requests. The incredible attention to detail makes this inn noteworthy. However, it's the way Anand and Naina put their hearts into caring for their guests that makes it exceptional. They are lovely and welcoming, and really want their guests to have a great time. They gave us wonderful suggestions and information about the area, and were just delightful to talk to, and get to know. I think the best of travel experiences induce a great feeling and help create special memories. Anand and Naina deliver a masterclass in hospitality. ”ONE STAR FOR A REASON. Read 👇 Updated Review: Owner's response points to exactly why the front desk staff person has such a difficult time. Clearly the "Owner" (not Hilton, but this franchisee) is the problem. The Owner doesn't realize that a company is a collective group of people. People are the business!! In the hospitality industry, as well as most businesses that consumer on the front end, the front line workers ARE the brand ambassadors. They are the ones that often determine the customer experience. People love or dislike a company, not just because of the product, but because of the great customer service or lack thereof. For some education, when I book a hotel, I always expect a room, with a pillow and a blanket. My critique and criticism was very much directed and the front desk employee, Further,you identified the employee as a "her". In my review I pointed out the time and date so they (Owner) would know which individual to retrain. However, I can now only suspect that the Owner's the one doing the training for the front desk person When I arrived got no hospitality, no welcome, no greeting, no smile. I travel very extensively, and this location needs training ... perhaps even a new Owner. Never had complaint at a Hilton property before. Good job on being the first one Woodinville. Great job Owner for not addressing the problem, nor knowing how to manage a hotel property, but also not knowing how to handle negative reviews! 😢 Original Review: Woodinville location front desk is a complete disaster. If Diamond Club member, they provide no value. The lady working at 5PM on 1/1/2024 is horrible in terms of service and hospitality. I travel a lot and the Woodinville front desk staff is the worst. Very sad.”
