It would be nice to include breakfast options to make it easy and timely in the morning rush. In room dining service is available but with limited options. Parking garage is attached with both self park and valet options.”

“I found this property for a split-second decision to stay in Bellevue instead of Seattle (my go-to choice). I’m glad I made the right choice and stayed at this property. Firstly, the representative at the front, Shenese (hope I have the spelling and name right), was lovely and very accommodating. A warm smile after a long drive with kids is so appreciated. The room was super clean and the ideal size for a family of four. The hotel has ample complimentary parking, decent pool and a free breakfast! Oberall, was pleasantly surprised. I will make this my new Seattle spot, considering the the amazing service , ideal location and hotel amenities.”

“My room was extremely clean. The breakfast was just ok, but it is near Costco and conveniently located near the North Cascade Mountains, which cuts down travel time significantly instead of driving from Seattle. Parking was free and seemed like a safe area. Plenty of parking was available at the time of my stay. I will stay here again in the future.”

”I always stay here for a get away weekend. David at the front desk is awesome. I thrive on customer service and he brings it. My issue is always the Living Room Bar. One weekend I was double charged by accident. This past weekend I was told I couldn’t order food at the bar. Which is very crazy when you have a menu at the bar with food. Had to take business else where for food and drinks. Customer service from the night manager Jerimiah excellent. Great team that deals with problem solving.”

Rooms were clean and quiet; the kids loved hanging out in the indoor pool; snacks and drinks in the lobby were convenient for a quick treat. We loved the proximity to the Link light rail station (~5 min. walk). This location is so much more affordable than downtown-area hotels, and the light rail made getting around town a breeze. Highly recommend, and I look forward to staying again!”

”Wapato point continues to deliver. I am sitting by the Lakeside pool the week after Labor Day and feel like I have been transported to the French Riviera. But this slice of heaven has a wonderful freshwater lake. This place has it all for families of all ages. The various villages vary in location so I recommend first time visitors consider what activities they want to do most when selecting a condo. I have been coming here for over 40 years and am already planning for next summer.”

”All staff are very friendly and very professional. They go out of their way to accommodate your requests. Breakfast is very good; it includes make-your-own waffles, pastries, a protein etc., as well as coffee and juice. A coffee and tea station is always available once the Breakfast Room closes at 10:30 AM. There is a pool on this property, although we didn’t use it. A washer and dryer are available for extended stays. Massages are also available, although these are is not on the hotel property.”

”The rooms are extremely clean and very nice. This was my second stay here, and I'll keep staying here on my visits to Pullman. It's really close to everything, and the staff is super friendly. The only weird thing about the room is the showers. They aren't fully enclosed, so it does get a little breezy when you're showering. The rooms have a very modern feel to them. They also have a pool and a hot tub. The breakfast is really good too. They have several options, like most continental breakfasts. They have a waffle maker, juices, yogurt, milk, and several hot food options.”

”We stay here twice a year and absolutely love it!! It's like a little apartment. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room and an eating area. Fireplaces 🔥 are great 👍 We always stay on the 3rd floor so we can see the ocean. There are deer 🦌 and we feed them apples 🍎 It's a fantastic place to stay!! I would highly recommend it!!”

”At 9pm after an hour of bumping music and based on the loud conversation next door we realized our adjacent neighbors were here for a fun evening. We asked the front desk if it would be possible to switch rooms or move one down since we had an early morning planned. We were informed that if the noise goes past 10pm they could help us out. 12:30am the neighbors return to their suite and music and screaming resume. Call made to front desk. Nothing changes. 1:30am argument about how some of them can’t handle their alcohol. The music was turned lower at this point 2:00 sounds like one of them puked on their face and the others loudly discussed this turn of events. 2:20 it’s quiet enough again to try to sleep Am I posting this because I’m grumpily driving all day today on too little sleep? Yes. Do the guests at a hotel warrant a negative review of the establishment? No. However, several calls were made to management with what seems like plenty of options for solutions and, while pleasant and polite, nothing was done. A sleepless night is still a sleepless night If you want to have an exciting evening in your hotel room and be left for the most part alone consider this a glowing 5 star review. Ps we found several long hairs under the bedding when we first got here. Does this get laundered?”

”The older gentleman that checked us in was such a sweetheart. Anytime we saw him at the front counter he would ask us about our day and if we needed anything. Made us feel at home. Some of the other reception area staff were a little more cold but not rude. The rooms were spacious and clean. They even had free breakfast included daily and would bring it in a cute picnic style basket to your room. Absolutely loved it here!”
