“I *love* this theater. A Christmas Carol is my favorite every year — especially as my daughter is in the cast this year. Every seat is a great seat with full close views of the theater in-the-round. The front-row seats have their feet in the stage, which creates such a wonderful intimacy.”

“Great space for theater. There isn't a bad seat in the house from what I can see. The stage is well appointed with moving parts, etc to give plays great sets. Ample free parking for evening performances only a block or so away. Easy walk!”

Fort Vancouver National Historic Site

612 E Reserve St, Vancouver, WA 98661, United States

“Fort Vancouver is a fun and educational experience suitable for all ages. In fact, the entire surrounding areas have a vibrant cultural past that I am grateful is being preserved. You will learn much about the orgins of the Pacific Northwest early settlers here. It was first a fur trading post (Hudson Bay Company), and then the United States Army later took over this abandoned area, and in 1948, it became a national monument. It's not only interesting, but as you will see from my photos/videos, it is beautiful too! The whole area along the Columbia River is amongst my favorite spots to visit. I know in the Pacific Northwest we don't see much sun this time of year, but if you happen to be here on a day that is at least partially sunny, the sunsets are a sight to behold! If you have not been to this area, I highly recommend putting it on your list of places that are a 'must see'. Thank you to all who keep this area in the pristine condition it is in, because I know it is not an easy job. Thank you also to those who respect this land and allow others to enjoy the beauty here as well. 🙏🏼”

“I am super blessed to have went into Music 6000 yesterday. I talked to them for a while about my needs and they were very brilliant and astute. I had many questions and they answered them with even more knowledge; Things I didn't know. I ended up buying equipment and I am glad I did. It is hard to find businesses like this nowadays that are legit and genuine. I am happy with my setup. Thanks kindly. And thanks for being real. ~Jes Wes”

Siff Cinema Egyptian

( 8 reviews )

805 E Pine St, Seattle, WA 98122, United States

”It's so nice to have this landmark theatre in the heart of Capitol Hill. It's old school, without all the bells and whistles of stadium or reclining seats in a screening room. This place has more of a Cinema Paradiso feel, and you'll be surrounded by people who want to watch good movies... and not their phones.”

Admiral Theater

”Absolutely magnificent place to host a party. We rented a theater out to have our son’s birthday party and watch Mario with his friends. The manager was beyond gracious helping us get set up and making it a really special event for everyone. Highly highly recommend.”

Wing Luke Museum
4.7
( 16 reviews )

719 S King St, Seattle, WA 98104, United States

”Went in for the Nobody Lives Here exhibit and joined a tour of the old hotel and shop adjacent. Our guide was excellent and did a good job engaging a quiet group and providing some interesting information. The tour felt immersive and is a must for those interested in Washington and Seattle history. The rest of the museum has some really great art and historical pieces showcasing the vast and diverse Asian American experience. My one piece of feedback on the Nobody Lives Here exhibit is that it was a little text heavy, which was hard to take in fully. I really liked the before and after shots of different areas around Seattle showing 'progress' at the expense of marginalized communities and would have loved to see more.”

Went on the "Second Saturday" tour, led by Michael Landry, Ph.D. I enjoyed the hands on demonstrations and the accompanying descriptions and applicability to gravitational waves. Also, it was very cool to see the Nobel Prize in Physics to Rainer Weiss, Barry Barish and Kip Thorne for their contributions to LIGO. I highly recommend!”

Lilac Gardens-hulda Klager
4.6
( 16 reviews )

115 S Pekin Rd, Woodland, WA 98674, United States

”I love coming here every year to walk the grounds and bathe in the beauty of all the trees, bushes and plants in this wonderful, park like, historic setting. During lilac days you can tour the house. The barn has authentic clothing, a medicine bag, written notes and historical information for the public to read through and view. This part is free. There was a local coffee vendor with a cart on the grounds, as well as live music. The lilacs are surprisingly varied is scent, growth pattern, bloom time and hue. There are also gargantuan rhododendrons, azaleas, mock orange, a monkey tree, camellias all over the north side of the front half, at least a dozen types of trees and more. The parking was free and thankfully the fenced area on the north boundry held a lot of parking spaces. Street parking is also available. There is a $5 fee per person to enter. After that, you only pay for purchases. There are plenty of lilac starts of all sizes to purchase, as well as bags of crushed eggshells for the calcium your lilac needs every spring. This place is a wonderland for all plant lovers. It can be crowded during lilac days as so many have forgotten how to be aware of those around them. There is a regularly used train rail directly behind the house, so for those with sensitive hearing, maybe bring an earplug. The grounds are mostly flatish but it is earth and paving stones so not a smooth level. I visit every year and now have two surviving lilacs in my yard. The third did not survive my husbands exuberant use of lawn tools.”

”This place was SO much fun and totally worth it!!! It's a great date spot or to go for your birthday or just a day with friends. They have ring lights that can hold your cell phone which is super handy. But as a model and photographer, I'd totally book this spot for a shoot as well. Staff was super nice and friendly? Definitely go if you're in Seattle.”

”A "can't miss" of your important time during your visit to Bellingham. Plan for a couple of hours here, especially as you work your way upstairs to the John M. Edson Hall of Bird's. If you're a fan of birding, then you're in for a treat! Fantastic up close experience of these magnificent creatures. And the variety of species in one location...wowzers!
