“I placed an order over the phone to be told that they would start my order once I arrive and pay for it. That was fine because I was pulling in the parking lot. I went and paid for my order and waited 40 minutes until they brought it out. I went out to my car and decided to check my food before I left and realized they left off an order of my eggs. I took my bag and went back in. I spoke with a young lady about what was missing. Why was it a need for her to take my whole bag to the back to put two eggs in it? Also, was there a need for attitude when I'm not the one who fixed it incorrectly. I stood there for another 20 minutes. Watch staff stand around in a group upfront. Where is my food? Finally, the young appeared from the back with my bag, and as she handed it to me, rolled her eyes. At this point, I wanted to say please just give me a refund. However, over half of the food wasn't mine. My advice was to pray over it. I don't think I'll be returning to this one. Unless they change their attitudes, customer care, and wait time.”

Can't wait until it's a bit cooler and we can sit outside on the porch again. Everyone here is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I've only ever had the shrimp remoulade poboy and it is delicious! My daughter usually gets fried shrimp, but today she wanted fried shrimp on the kids salad and they were able to accommodate that. Today is the first time we've gotten dessert and boy were we missing out! The caramel white chocolate bread pudding is the best bread pudding I've ever had. Absolutely fantastic! Already trying to come up with excuses to go get some more!”
