“Very cool tribute. Several granite monuments with stories and pics etched into them about the band and about the crash. It has some woods that run behind the site that looks like it leads to some really nice trails but it is fenced off and has no trespassing signs. There is a cool box that has a lid you lift and inside has a book and pens for people to sign in with there name, where they are from and phone # or email. There were 2 pop up canopies at the location with one having a fan and chairs under it and looked like maybe events might take place there.”

It's currently undergoing renovations on the columns to keep them from decaying more so the fence keeps you from getting inside the home area, but they are still impressive.”

”IT WAS really cool to see this historical place. But why not open the inside to the public? Charge a small fee get a couple of tour guides. BAM someone making money. I really want to see the inside. In Key West, they opened the Hemingway House (Ernest). It's in great shape and it sees several hundred people a day. Maybe even a thousand. People love this place. I'm just saying RowenOak is a history buffs dream. Why not open it up? GOOD MANAGEMENT is all you need.”

”A little disappointed. They have a small museum inside which was interesting. There was very little pottery available for sale. The clerk explained that they were low on inventory when we arrived. They had plenty of weird pirate and baseball figures but no thanks.”
